Two Bedrooms, Two full bathrooms newly refurbished, high end sleeper sofa for your extra guests. High Speed Wifi with office center, Chef's kitchen with large island, chiseled edge granite, wolf range top, and 6 foot wide built in refrigerator/freezer for entertaining. Outside covered sitting area with wifi flat screen and river views. Water hose and power at dock for easy vessel wash-down. Matching white hotel quality linens and pillows, towels, and bed covers. *Use of kayaks, dock, firepit and all recreational activities are at users' own risk as this is a natural landscape as are all river homes and use of door code to enter property is acknowledgement of such.

This get away property was perfect. The lay out of the house, kitchen design, and outstanding backyard including nice kayaks, fire pit, and landscape was magnificent. Communication was excellent.

Great stay!

Beautiful place, convenient location, easy water access with kayaks onsite, fire pit stocked with firewood, and great communication from hosts!We saw tons of manatees, were able to kayak to restaurants and all the nearby springs, located in the middle of multiple parks and beaches, and hiking/biking trail right down the road. We will certainly book again!

Best property we have ever stayed at! Fantastic amenities. There was a manatee in the canal next to the dock the last day we stayed there. Truly magical location. The hosts are well organized and communicative.

Cool property, great outdoor area including floating dock. Turtles, mullet and manatees off the dock! We all enjoyed our stay. Only plus would be if there were beach chairs to use at King’s Bay beach

Thanksgiving in Crystal River

Property was amazing. Great kitchen for preparing thanksgiving dinner and kayaking right from the dock was great. We saw dolphins and manatees. Location was close to many local restaurants and if you are a runner, super easy to run from the property. Highly recommend, we will be back!

Weekend getaway

Beautiful home, right on the waterway! Perfect location, close to everything. House is clean, comfortable, lots of room, and has lots of great extras! The waterfront side of the house offers a beautiful view, and the included kayaks that you can launch right from the yard was fantastic! Wonderful dock with great seating for your morning coffee! Outdoor seating, fire pit, and TV was an added plus. The Host gives plenty of great information and ensures a great stay with all the extras, much appreciated!!!

Wonderful vacation spot

Absolutely fantastic. The owners thought of everything. The unit was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, with a chef’s kitchen (though we didn’t cook a lot). The kayaks and fishing equipment were top notch, as were the grill and equipment (I’m a charcoal guy so the park-style grill was a great bonus). We utilized it all. The location is great - so close to everything that Crystal River has to offer. And the folks in Crystal River are so friendly. It’s a laid back place, and we had a wonderful, relaxing vacation.

Perfect Stay Again!

Second time renting. Walk in feeling like home. Visit this area with friends frequently but want a place that my children and grands can come back too. So much to do. Kayaks, fishing, fire pit or just sitting on back patio relaxing. My nephew visited for the day and requested the info because he wants to rent on his own at some point.

Great place close to everything!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was super clean and had all the essentials needed. Beds were very comfortable. Linens were nice too! Plenty of fluffy towels. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The backyard dock was great for fishing. The kids loved being able to do that every night. We used the fire pit too which was nice to sit by in the evenings. The Kayaks at the house were great and easy to launch from the house. Communication was quick and easy. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and Grocery store just a few minutes away. Thanks again Tailor and Deb for your hospitality and all your help and recommendations. Definitely was an unforgettable trip!! We'll be back!

Second Visit, Did Not Disappoint

This was our return visit to Stones Throw. Adults and kiddos had a blast. From hanging out by the Fire Pit to Kayaking around several Manatees our second visit, did not disappoint. Kiddos took advantage of the fishing rods and Crab Traps to make several attempts to secure dimner for the family. We used the well equipped kitchen to cook meals for a break from eating out. After a long day of having fun, it was nice to have a warm shower and comfortable bed to recharge for the next day. Packing light for this trip was great, we were able to wash clothes as needed and head back home with no dirty laundry. Thanks for sharing your property with us.
