I am a business college instructor, and my husband, Joel, has retired after serving as a Captain Firefighter for 30 years in Vista, CA. He now works as a paramedic instructor. We have two lovely daughters and two adorable dogs who keep our lives joyfully busy. During our free time, we cherish traveling, camping, and discovering new coffee shops and restaurants. We hold a special fondness for North End Boise and dream of retiring there one day.

We chose the North End because it offers the perfect balance of charm, walkability, and calm. Our home is close to Camel’s Back Park, Hyde Park, and Quinns Pond, making it easy to enjoy Boise’s favorite outdoor spaces, local cafes, and neighborhood dining.
The area is peaceful, safe, and residential, with tree-lined streets and a relaxed pace that reflects the character of the 1940s homes throughout the neighborhood. We truly love living here and are confident you’ll love it too.
