Located in a domain built in 2018, of 10 secure villas, this 250 m2 villa offers an exceptional setting for a stay where charm and serenity are harmoniously combined. Upon your arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by Rebecca, our hostess, who will take the time to introduce you to the villa and all its features (TV, Wi-Fi, etc.).

Relax in an elegant and bright living room, equipped with a TV and air conditioning for your comfort. The American kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances, opens onto a dining room with a table for 6 people. Outside, the covered terrace offers an ideal space for your outdoor meals, with a ceiling fan, a large table that can accommodate 9 people and garden furniture for moments of relaxation.

Outside, the charcoal barbecue and two deckchairs invite you to enjoy with family or friends, perfect for moments of relaxation.

The villa has three air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms, equipped with ceiling fans. Each room has a dressing room and a private bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower. The bathroom in the master bedroom is adapted for people with disabilities, with a chair and a ledge integrated into the shower to sit safely.

For your comfort, we provide bed linen, as well as bath sheets and beach towels from the Mysa brand, a guarantee of quality and well-being.

Outside, the (unheated) chlorine pool measuring 6x4 meters and 1.40 meters deep, is ideal for incomparable moments of relaxation.

To complete this unique atmosphere, the 400 m² tropical garden immerses you in an exotic atmosphere.

You can also enjoy the gym available within the residence.

Every detail of this villa is designed for your comfort and entertainment: a connected TV only in the living room, with access to YouTube, Local channels + Internet Smart TV. In addition, the master suite's dressing room is equipped with a safe to secure your valuables.

To facilitate your arrival, we provide you with essential products to start your stay in peace.

You will find a bottle of water in the refrigerator to refresh yourself, as well as the following items: salt, pepper, sugar, tea, dishwashing liquid, sponge, hand soap, a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 3 garbage bags, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 coffee capsules and 2 laundry capsules.

These little touches are planned to allow you to enjoy your stay immediately. However, it will be up to you to complete these elements according to your needs (toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher tablets, coffee, laundry).

During your stay, you will benefit from a complete maintenance service. The villa is maintained in an impeccable state thanks to the passage of Hema's housekeeper once a week, as well as the regular interventions of our gardener and pool technician David who passes once a week. In case of need, our maintenance service, provided by Noah, will be available to respond quickly to any request or technical problem.

The villa benefits from an ideal location to meet all your needs as soon as you arrive. Just 13 minutes by car (5.6 km) you will find the Super U shopping center, and 15 minutes (6.5 km) away the La Croisette shopping center, which includes an Intermarché and a wide choice of shops. These two shopping centers allow you to find everything you need, whether for your groceries, fresh products or other amenities.

For more practicality, Winner's supermarket, a local brand offering a wide range of products, is only 5 minutes by car (2 km) from the villa, thus facilitating your daily shopping.

As for the beaches, you are close to many of the most beautiful beaches on the island:

• Grand Baie beach: 8 minutes by car (4.7 km).

• Pereybère beach: 4 minutes by car (2.2 km).

• Bain Bœuf Beach: 5 minutes on foot (450 meters).

To ensure your comfort and optimal organization, check-in takes place between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m., but depending on the departures of the day before, it can be advanced from 9 a.m. in agreement with our hostess. Check-out, on the other hand, is scheduled at 11 a.m. to allow us to prepare the villa with care for the next visitors. These flexible schedules are designed to offer you a most pleasant experience.

In summary, everything you need is in the immediate vicinity of the villa. Although the beach and some restaurants are within walking distance, we recommend that you rent a car, which we can reserve for you. This will allow you to take full advantage of the surrounding amenities and explore the area with ease.
