It was a great condo in an ideal location. It was beautiful furnished and the property management company could not have been more accommodating in correcting problems with the cable and WiFi. Definitely a place we’d like to stay in again!

As soon as we walked in the place was just as described! The kitchen was amazing and the view from the lanai was our absolute favorite place to be sunrise and sunset! Poipu sands #513 we couldn't have been more happy with our choice and a huge thank you for the welcome basket and sharing of home for 9 days. It was so close to so many things we were able to enjoy the whole island from this spot. We hope to come back again and we will look for this place !

Perfection! Kōloa Kai Vacation Rentals goes the extra! Our vacation was amazing. Our view was spectacular; palm trees, the ocean and sky. Tradewinds through the massive slider. Quiet and fragrant of plumerias.

Beautiful, easy condo

Such a beautiful, easy place to stay. Walk out the lanai to the beach, the Hayat, and then into a great trail system to hike along the bluffs where you can look down and see turtles in the water.Kitchen is well appointed. Bed is very comfortable. Would stay here again.

This property has an amazing location. Very well equipped and had everything we needed. Extra nice touches were back up supplies, lots of towels, cable TV and internet on the rare occasion the weather isn’t cooperating 😉

Poipu Sands 513 was the perfect condo for us. Beautiful view of shipwreck beach and the walking path was nice through the Grand Hyatt property. We enjoyed our stay and will be back in the future.

Home away from Home

We felt like we were right at home at this property. It was comfortable, centrally located and beautifully decorated. The view was absolutely gorgeous. We had Kauaii coffee on the patio every morning.
