This chic, urban loft provides a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of Savannah, Georgia. Overlooking Broughton Street, our loft is located in a secure building just steps away from City Market, award-winning restaurants, and some of the best shopping and nightlife. This property will make you never want to leave Savannah!

The Space:
Highlights include an ensuite master bedroom, an open floor plan, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, exposed brick walls, ample storage and much more.

Pets are allowed in the unit however you will be charged a pet fee of $50 per pet.

Guest Access:
Once inside of the building, you will have access to the floor this unit is located on via stairs or elevator. You will then have complete access to the unit as there will be no one else inside.

The Neighborhood:
This loft is in the heart of Savannah, Georgia. It is located in an apartment building in between City Market and West Broughton Street so you are steps away from all the finest shopping and dining.

Getting Around:
Location, Location, Location: super close to everything, Within walking distance of everything fun. 10 minutes to River street, Historic districts, and Forsyth park. Tons of stores and restaurants right outside

Other Things to Note:
Smoking is not allowed inside the unit. We ask that you politely find a smoking area outside!

Pets are allowed in the unit however you will be charged a pet fee of $50 per pet.

The property should be listed as 2 guest instead of 3. Our daughter was with us and was uncomfortable. The location is close to everything. It can get very noisy at night if you're not use to the traffic noise.

Great spot in downtown

This is a great little loft on the western side of the north downtown district. It seems to be right in the middle of lots of shopping and restaurants which is great for daytime activities, and is close to bars for night time activities (if that’s your thing).l. I would highly recommend this for a short stay with a spouse/partner or 1-2 close friends. It is priced extremely well for what you’re getting, especially if you have a pet like we do! We will be back to Savannah and would stay here again.
