Cocoonr offers this charming 46 m² flat for rent in Courseulles-sur-Mer, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the raised ground floor, it comprises a 21 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom (with shower and bath). Wifi (fibre optic) included. We're waiting for you!

- A bathroom with shower and bath, washbasin and hairdryer
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 6.5 m² loggia with table, chairs, coffee table, small armchairs, overlooking green space.
The flat is ideally located on the marina of Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a quiet area. All activities are within walking distance of the flat.
