Welcome to this quaint piece of paradise! Located on the Destin Harbor with direct access to the Gulf, Isla Vida is a spacious 2 bed/2 bath end unit on the top floor with picturesque harbor views. Step out on the private balcony and enjoy your morning coffee or cozy up in the outdoor hammock with your favorite book.

With the beautiful white sand beach right across the street and Crab Island and Harborwalk village just a short water taxi or boat ride away, this condo is in a prime location.

Sleeps up to 4 adults comfortably and completely updated with modern decor and equipped with a private balcony, a fully stocked kitchen, electric fireplace, WiFi, Alexa, full size washer/dryer, beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, and board games for a fun night in.

Several public beach access gates are nearby on Gulf Shore Drive; the closest public beach access is 1.5 miles away.

Other nearby attractions include Big Kahuna’s Water & Adventure Park (1 mile), The Track (2 miles), Harborwalk Village ( 2.6 miles), Henderson Beach State Park (7.5 miles), Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park (7.7 miles)

*An exterior flight of stairs is required to access this condo, which may not be suitable for all guests.

Parking Notes: Guests are allotted (2) parking spaces. Parking passes will be provided and must be kept in vehicles at all times during stay to avoid being towed.

*Please note that boat and trailer parking is strictly prohibited on-site. Failure to observe this ordinance will result in a guest fine of $100. Vessels are not allowed to moor at the dock unless a registration form and insurance documents are provided prior to arrival.

Boat Slip & Dock Details:
Maximum boat length is 26 feet. Boat registration and insurance required for boats or waverunners. Insurance limits of $100,000 Property and $500,000 Environmental/Fuel Spillage minimal coverage.

Vessel registration form must be completed by Guests in its entirety, signed, and returned to our dock-master or substituting board member 24 hours before arrival. Boat trailer parking is not available in Destin Sands, so if you choose to bring a boat, arrangements will need to be made for storing the boat trailer. Regional Self Storage, D&J Dry Storage, and Legendary Marine are just a few options to consider.

Bookings canceled at least (14) days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

RELAXING!!!

The pictures do not do justice to this chic condo. We all said WOW walking in the door. The decorating was phenomenal, we all felt very relaxed and at home. I would definitely recommend this condo if you want a clean and relaxing vacation.

Property was just as beautiful as shown in photos and very clean. Easy walk to beach, just may want a cart if you have littles and toys in tow. Great location to everything. Property manager was very responsive, helpful and friendly. Would stay here again!

Awesome Overall Experience

This property was a legitimate 5 star. It was super clean, modern/updated, and was well taken care of. The proximity to the beach was also a plus, as it was a short walk to a non crowded beach in Destin with beautiful crystal clear water and soft sand. The property manger constantly stayed in contact with us as well, ensuring our stay was awesome. We will definitely be coming back here for our Destin vacations. If you choose this place, you will NOT be disappointed.

Absolutely paradise! Everything was as shown and the area was breathtaking. The space was beautifully decorated and created a beach ambience. The host communicated and we’re considerate to even wish us safe travels home. If your going to the Destin area, this is the place for memories to be made and would definitely recommend!

We are retired and enjoy the best that Florida has to offer. With daughters/grandkids in Destin and Jacksonville, we jump from coast to coast. We absolutely love our Destin condo and are excited to share the beauty and serenity it offers. Our daughter, Jaymie, who lives 5 minutes away does an amazing job coordinating the rental and is quick to resolve any problem.

Why they chose this property

Perfect location for a vacation and this condo has it all - It is nestled between the harbor and the beach allowing some of the most amazing ocean breezes. From the balcony, you can watch playful dolphins/jumping mullet in the harbor or the boats that come to hang out on the sandbar (known as mini crab island). The condo is only a 2 block walk to the beach, where you find sand that feels like sifted flour and clear, beautiful emerald waters. Close to restaurants, groceries, shopping and fun activities. A water taxi will pick you up from the dock (for a small fee) and deliver you to the harbor walk for great food, fun, and entertainment.

The warm, romantic ambiance (including the panoramic water views, mood lighting, and electric fireplace) and the Contemporary/Modern design really sets this condo apart.
