Come experience the best of what the world-famous Emerald Coast has to offer for an unbeatable price!

Our townhome, located in the Southbay by the Gulf community, is truly a slice of heaven. Our home is located in the heart of Destin and is just minutes away from everything the area has to offer. We are located on the south side of Highway 98 - that means there are no streets to cross! In fact, our unit is located just 120 yards from the pristine white sand beaches.

Your stay with us comes complete with access to two swimming pools (1 heated), a kiddie pool, 1 lighted tennis court, two pickle ball courts, shuffleboard (with equipment available for use), a fully stocked and fishable 5 acre-lake, and private beach access.

The townhome comes fully furnished with comfortable accommodations. The unit sleeps 6 with two well-appointed bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, and a sleeper sofa in the main living area. One thing that sets us apart from other townhomes is that our backyard is the 5-acre lake! There are two balconies, one off the master bedroom and one of the living room, that you and your guests can relax on as you enjoy the lakefront view. You can also fish right off the balcony!

The kitchen has all of the amenities you may need to cook and entertain and there is a dining area to enjoy as well. Separate faucet in the kitchen which dispenses filtered water for drinking and cooking - no need to buy water bottles for those who are eco-conscious! There is also a full-sized washer and dryer inside the townhome for your convenience. We also provide free internet access in your townhome so that you can stay connected. Lastly, all televisions are smart TV's with access to the internet.

When you are ready to head down to the beach, we also provide 2 complementary beach chairs and an umbrella (a $45/day savings!) - just go to the beach and tell the attendant that you're staying in condo #58 and everything will be set up for you! All you have to do is relax and enjoy some of the best beaches in the country. (Please note: the season for umbrella and beach chair service is March 1st through October 31st.)

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not remove any of the white bath towels from the unit.
For guest convenience, there are six beach towels located in the front closet for use at the pool or beach. Missing towels with incur a charge.

Perfect spot with everything you need! Great location and we throughly enjoyed feeding the turtles off the balcony! Great view- nice and quiet. Bonus was the umbrella and chairs were included! Loved this place!

GREAT place for families

What an awesome place! The host was communicative, the place is spacious and near everything you need. Although it has a lot of condos around it, it was still very quiet. Pools, shuffleboard, and pickleball areas were clean and well kept. The beach is a very short walk away. This will be a place we will stay again!

Lake outside the patio deck and 4 minute walk to the beach. Chairs and umbrella already set up for you each day. Amazing stay. Looking forward to next trip to Destin and will be booking same rental.
