Come experience the best of what the world-famous Emerald Coast has to offer for an unbeatable price!

Our townhome, located in the Southbay by the Gulf community, is truly a slice of heaven. Our home is located in the heart of Destin and is just minutes away from everything the area has to offer. We are located on the south side of Highway 98 - that means there are no streets to cross! In fact, our unit is located just 120 yards from the pristine white sand beaches.

Your stay with us comes complete with access to two swimming pools (1 heated), a kiddie pool, 2 lighted tennis courts, pickle ball courts, shuffleboard, a fully stocked and fishable 5 acres lake, and private beach access.

The townhome comes fully furnished with plush and comfortable accommodations. The unit comfortably sleeps 6 with two well-appointed bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, and a sleeper sofa in the main living area. One thing that sets us apart from other townhomes is that our backyard is the 5 acre lake! There are two balconies, one off the master bedroom and one of the living room, that you and your guests can relax on as you enjoy the lakefront view. You can also fish right off the balcony!

The kitchen has all of the amenities you may need to cook and entertain and there is a dining area to enjoy as well. There is also a full-size washer and dryer inside the townhome for your convenience. We also provide free internet access in your townhome so that you can stay connected. Lastly, all televisions are smart TV's with access to the internet.

When you are ready to head down to the beach, we also provide 2 complementary beach chairs and an umbrella (a $45/day savings!) - just go to the beach and tell the attendant that you're staying in condo #58 and everything will be set up for you! All you have to do is relax and enjoy the best beaches in the country. (Please note: the season for umbrella and beach chair service is March 1st through October 31st.)

GREAT place for families

What an awesome place! The host was communicative, the place is spacious and near everything you need. Although it has a lot of condos around it, it was still very quiet. Pools, shuffleboard, and pickleball areas were clean and well kept. The beach is a very short walk away. This will be a place we will stay again!

4 minute walk to the beach

Lake outside the patio deck and 4 minute walk to the beach. Chairs and umbrella already set up for you each day. Amazing stay. Looking forward to next trip to Destin and will be booking same rental.

Spacious home close to beautiful beach

We loved this spacious home for its proximity to the beach. The home was two floors and the living room was large enough for my family to hangout in. The kitchen was fully stocked. The main bedroom had a nice king size bed in it. The only downside was how bright the bedroom was in the morning; I was waking up all morning from 6am on because the blinds didn’t block the sunlight. There were plenty of towels and I loved having access to a washer and dryer. The chairs on the deck were ripped which was a bummer because the view of the lake was very pleasant. The beach service was nice and we could’ve stayed out all day on the beach and swam in the pool.

Location of this condo was amazing! Feeding the turtles off the balcony was a huge highlight of our stay. Short walk to the beach and shops and very clean which is always super important to me. If I had to complain about anything, there was a funky smell. It seemed to dissipate through our stay and the owner was very willing to have housekeeping come so I did not take off a star for it.

Easy access to family-friendly beach

This location made spending time on the beach easy - just a walk across the parking lot to a dedicated beachfront with umbrella and 2 chairs included, not too crowded. My son also enjoyed feeding the turtles and duck off the balcony. Check the pantry and laundry supplies before you need them as you may need to supplement, but Target and grocery store is just across the street.

Visiting from Evansville, IN. Had a great stay. Very clean and just a short walk to the beach. Our three year old enjoyed feeding the turtles off of the balcony. Located in close proximity to several popular restaurants. Also across the highway from Target and Winn-Dixie if you need groceries. Property had basically everything you’d need to cook for yourself also. We utilized the beach service and they were great. Would stay again.

Destin Wedding Trip

My wife and I recently traveled to Destin for a wedding. The rental was more then enough room for us and was very well equipped for our needs. Had both a balcony off our room and the living room facing a pound. The beach is a very short walk away which made it nice and not having to cross any roads. Also the rental included chairs/umbrella to use at the beach, which gets setup for you. Would recommend this rental and would book again if we ever decide to take another trip to Destin.
