Great place in Tahiti

This house was perfect in every way for us. We came to Tahiti to celebrate our 55th anniversary. When we arrived we found the house very clean and everything was organized well. There was even coffee and sugar and many condiments. The view from the porch was fantastic. Right on the beach with great breeze. We are planning to return here again.

Great house, excellent location next to the super market and the beach. The host Vatea was very helpful. Clear communication and access instructions, labels and reminders posted around the house set clear expectations. The house is well equipped, we enjoyed the lounge chairs, kayak, barbecue. We would come back!

Ce fut un réel plaisir d'accueillir Maria et sa famille. Ils ont été très respectueux des lieux, des invités exemplaires : bienveillants, communicatifs et vraiment agréables. La maison a été laissée en excellent état à leur départ. Mauruuru Roa pour leur confiance, et je les recommande vivement à tout hôte.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au fare Miki Miki, nous le recommandons fortement.La maison est très spacieuse et confortable, avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Climatisation dans les chambres appréciables la nuit. Et que dire de l'emplacement directement sur la plage... Un réel plaisir d'ouvrir la grande baie vitrée pour voir cette magnifique vue. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir utiliser le barbecue, tout en regardant la mer. Les couchers de soleil sur Moorea sont splendides. Nous avons même eu la chance d'observer au loin une baleine.Un supermarché est situé au bout du chemin, les courses sont donc possible à pied, parfait pour le petit déjeuner frais du matin.

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans le faré Miki Miki. La situation du faré face à la mer avec accès par sa plage privée est tellement agréable, la vue est magique, le jardin est très beau, la vue sur le jardin le matin de la cuisine est tellement charmante avec le chant des oiseaux. La maison est super propre, confortable et très joliment décorée. La proximité du magasin d’alimentation est un plus ! Nous reviendrons c’est certain ! Maururu roa pour la gentillesse de l’hôte et sa disponibilité !! Stephanie D

Tout était parfait. Le Fare est fonctionnel, bien décoré, bien équipé, jardins magnifiques et parfaitement entretenus : très agréable à vivre. La salle d'eau supplémentaire extérieure est un vrai plus ! La construction traditionnelle du Fare et le fait d'être directement face au lagon a fait qu'il n'y faisait pas trop chaud. Nous n'avons quasiment pas eu de moustiques de tout le mois d'août. L'emplacement était aussi idéal, face au lagon, avec vue sur Moorea, ombragé, plage privée, proche des plus belles plages et Marae, avec petit supermarché et roulotte de qualité à proximité immédiate. Le seul point d'attention est la passe du gouverneur juste en face. Il faut être extrêmement prudent et bien se renseigner sur les courants qui sont permanents et peuvent être puissants dès que la houle dépasse 1m de hauteur. Prévoir des chaussures d'eau. Nous allions souvent à pied en longeant le bord de mer jusqu'à la plage de la résidence "White Plage" afin de nous mettre à l'eau pour faire du snorkeling en se laissant tranquillement dériver jusqu'au fare MikiMiki : raies, tortues, pointes noires, murènes, bénitiers, poissons par milliers... Nous avons aussi régulièrement observé les baleines depuis le fare, juste en face de l'autre côté de la barrière de corail qui est à 500m. Il faut prévoir une petite paire jumelles.
