Farmington is not much bigger than a small town yet one of the largest in New Mexico. It is a central hub for commerce for outlying small towns and the Navajo Nation. The climate and topography is high dessert plateau. The house is centrally located near the college, the mall, and many places to eat. The marina (+1 (505) 632-3245) has decent rental prices on both party barges and small water crafts. Day trips to Durango Colorado area attractions are very doable. In high school, my buddy and I’d often did ski trips to Purgatory Mountain in a day. Farmington Lake is a very short drive away and is a wonderful place to go and relax without having to travel too far.

My name is Matthew and my wife is Leny. Our family (to include our three girls) lived in this home from 2009-2012. I was born and raised here in the Farmington area in a town called Blanco. I met my wife in 2003 while stationed with the USCG in San Francisco. She grew up just east of the Bay Area.
