The apartment is located in Cannes' famous banana district. You'll find plenty of shops and you're just a few minutes from Cannes' lively streets (rue Meynadier, rue d'Antibes...), 5 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes from the Palais des Festivals. The Gambetta market is 2 minutes away and Macé beach 5 minutes.
## Transit
The apartment is only 5 minutes from the train station. It's the easiest way to get to Cannes. If you're coming by car, there's a public parking lot (for a fee) at the station.
## Notes Please note that the apartment is on the 4th floor without elevator. It is therefore not recommended for people with mobility problems. A deposit of €500 is required.
