House was great overall with a few specific exceptions. Most things were very clean but one of the bathrooms had mold in the bottom of the tub and a mildewy shower liner. The dishwasher and washing machines both smelled mildewy as well. Toaster is a fire hazard and needs to be replaced. All of the shower heads had basically no water pressure at all. Everything else was very good.

Beautiful home in LA

The house was clean, beautifully decorated, hot tub, ready to go. Nice steamy shower, massage table, and a pool table. a fun relaxing weekend in Los Angeles.

Great stay in cool neighborhood

The house is super-clean and well appointed. Its in a great location overlooking Hollywood and close to Universal. The neighborhood is super-cool - little windy roads and steep hills - doers not feel like LA. 15 minute walk to the Hollywood reservoir. We really enjoyed it.

The photos are accurate. I would not recommend for small children as there are multiple levels with steep hardwood stairs. The pool table has been removed. Nice kitchen with professional 6 burner range. Slightly difficult to navigate to with a large vehicle.

Great kitchen and stay

Shawn was an excellent host. The kitchen is well-equipped, with enough dishes, cooking utensils & pots/pans to have a Thanksgiving dinner with my adult children. The roads getting up the last part of the hill were a little narrow, however that is typical for the Hollywood Hills. Large Fed Ex truck was able to negotiate so it is not a problem...just be prepared if you aren't use to the HH roads! Plenty of parking and a great trail right at the corner. Great stay!

The house is very large and clean. It’s a little dated, but mostly in good condition. We felt the king beds are very comfortable, however our kids said the twin beds were hard. It’s a little bit of a winding drive up to it, but it’s worth it for how quiet the place is and the fact that there is a garage and easy parking. We took an Uber to the Hollywood bowl since the house is a little bit of a far to walk in the dark, on a winding road, and then we didn't have to deal with HB parking. It’s also a good location if you are visiting for the Hollywood Bowl, Griffith Observatory, Hollywood Walk of Fame, etc. Also not far from most of the film studio tours. Our host Shawn was attentive, however we didn't need much. I will note several reviews mentioned plumbing issues. The house does have sensitive plumbing for sure. Low water pressure in the Primary shower. And toilets can clog easy, but it didn't impact us negatively, we just had to be a little more careful. The only complaint is (as another review mentioned) there is a sewer smell coming from the small powder room/bathroom by the front foyer. We kept the door closed and flushed the toilet a lot, so we didnt notice it much. There are 3 other bathrooms so we were fine with not using it.

Beautiful Home

Property was extremely clean and had all the amenities and more. Backyard was very nice and clean as well. House is located on a very narrow street so I would suggest traveling there in a smaller compact car. Location is very peaceful and quiet but yet close to everything you need. We will stay here again for sure!

Dream Place

This property is beyond anything I have ever experienced. My family and I came to NAMASTE and that is what we got. This property is a hidden treasure that is near to the mountain but close to the freeway to travel where ever you may be going. The space in the house was wonderful besides all of the beautiful rooms. The outside was as if I was in a tropical forest surrounded by nature between the beautiful trees and humming birds. The best part is this property is also near the Hollywood Reservoir where you can either run or walk 3.5 mile. Shawn went above and beyond meeting my family when we arrived making sure are accommodations were met. Not far from Hollywood but far enough to be out of the city. I know my family and I will be returning this place just left us wanting to come back asap Shawn deserves all the kudos he was so patience and helping us in all we needed. Im always nervous with bookings but this place you will know why once you book that it is worth all Thanks Shawn we will be back God Bless

The host was amazing, property looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean. The only true issue is the drive up with narrow roads. If you’re looking for peace and quite, cleanliness, great host, and awesome steam shower in a beautiful spacious home; YOU HAVE FOUND THE RIGHT PLACE!!

Shawn’s place was awesome brand new clean and all around perfect

Shawn had gotten us a fridge full of water and tons of fresh fruit as soon as we walked in! He was also very helpful and awesome to deal with. The place itself was amazing very new and clean. The backyard was vey peaceful and new. The location is at most 15 min away from anywhere in LA. I would definitely recommend staying here and will most likely rebook this place !
