My family enjoyed our stay while traveling to universal studios Hollywood. Our Vrbo property was clean, easy to access, relaxing, and just what needed from a long day of walking around an amusement park!!!!
Great stay for multi generational family celebrating my daughter’s birthday. A couple hiccups but the owners are amazing at communicating. The home is not quite walking distance to Universal, possible, but not on the same side of freeway and we didn’t want to walk on busy street with our kids. We all said we would stay again in a heart beat.
Shawn and the team are transparent and responsive in their communication. The accommodations were absolutely amazing. Great location and ideal proximity to everything!
We stayed 4 days and 3 nights, location was perfect if your going to Universal studios. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us, home was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
The house was extremely clean, and it was a quick drive to Universal Studios. We were two families with a total of 5 kids/4 adults, and we had plenty of room. I would stay here again!

Place was super clean and equipped with coffee /keurig which was a huge plus to us! We traveled with 4 adults and 6 kids and lower level was perfect for them to all sleep . Team was very responsive to any questions that we had. Highly recommend !
Close to Universal. Clean. Plenty of space to sleep. We had 11 in our group. Only thing is maybe more paper towels available & dryer sheets & fabric softener for laundry. It was a great place to stay.
This was perfect for our family getaway to Universal Studios. We were able to walk to restaurants and to the park. It’s a beautiful house with a well stocked kitchen. The sleeping arrangements worked well for our family.

Checking in was super smooth. The host Shawn was super timely with communication the whole time, the place was just like the pictures, i cooked dinner for my sister who recently beat cancer and had a couple family members over to just enjoy each others company. Couldn't of been more perfect! thank you so much for hosting us the place is wonderful and so are you!
Shawn was an amazing host! Quick to respond and checked in if we needed anything. This townhouse is clean, has a two-car garage attached, and a balcony or patio on every floor. We stayed with another family and fit comfortably. Highly recommend this place, especially if you’re planning on going to Universal Studios.
We liked the house , but the dining room is not comfortable, and the master room is small, the garage fit only one car
When we arrived the trash of the previous guest was there and the smell of the house was awful, we sent to the owner and he asked us to put the trash outside, he was quickly responded to us every time and he sent a box of donuts and I thanked him for that
Overall the house is good and the location is excellent and the owner is responding quickly
I must say Shawn was one of the greatest host we’ve ever encountered. I was faced with a last minute business trip a day before the booking. Shawn ensured that our trip was worry and trouble free!!! He was attentive to each detail and made absolutely sure the check in process was without a hitch. He went above and beyond and we are so appreciative!!!
The property is immaculate and is superbly accommodative to every ages needs!!
If you are ever in need of a property in the Los Angeles Shawn’s location is without a doubt the first location I would recommend!!!!
