Each of the three bedroom suites is situated in its own private building, connected to the great room via covered walkways and picturesque arched entrance ways.Set up to to maximize privacy, each bedroom suite has their own deck and full bathroom,including anoutdoor shower.A spacious kitchen and living room area opens to an expansive wood deckwith a large mahogany table that is perfect for group dinners.In the mornings you can take a nature walkthrough the property while enjoying a cup of coffee and take in all of the natural beauty that you're surrounded in.You can spend all day enjoying the pool and relaxing on the daybeds, watching sunset and then taking in the twinkling lights of St. Thomas across the ocean.

Amazing getaway, we can't wait to come back.

Easter getaway with our family and we loved all aspects of Villa De Vida. We were away from the business, but close enough to easily get wherever we wanted to go in a timely manner. Property manager was wonderful, and we felt at home the entire time. Highly recommend.

Beach Time before our BVI Charter

Traveling with 2 other couples and booked this property for 4 nights prior to our 7 night BVI charter. This was the perfect way to ease into our vacation. Easy taxi ride into Cruz Bay every night for dinner and less than 30 minutes to some of the best beaches in the world. SUNSETS from the back deck were worth the price of admission alone!!! I highly recommend this Villa!!!

Family New Year's Vacation

What a wonderful family vacation spot! We came with our adult sons and their wives for a week. It was beyond our expectations. Great location and amazing view out over Chocolate Hole and St Thomas beyond. The Sunny Days staff were welcoming and very responsive to questions during our stay. The house was very clean and had everything we could need. Great location! Will be returning.

Amazing Property and Location

Villa De Vida is an excellent property with a great layout and terrific sunset views! The Villa is in a great location, located less than 2 miles from Cruz Bay (about an 8-minute drive). Pictures are very accurate and our family of five loved staying at the Villa - we could congregate in the living room/kitchen area, as well as the outdoor space, but also disconnect in the separate "pod-style" bedroom suites. Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of amenities. The host was very responsive leading up to our stay. I highly recommend staying in Villa De Vida, especially for families with adult children.

Our stay at Villa De Vida was fantastic. The property is positioned atop the hill overlooking Chocolate hole, which gave us a beautiful view of St. Thomas and surrounding waters. Sunsets were excellent, the evenings illuminated with a star-filled sky, and the hillside setting was quite serene. Everything about the residence was spectacular and we thoroughly enjoyed our few days there. Greeted by Dyana on our first day ensured a great start to our stay. The property is very well maintained and surrounded by gorgeous plumeria, bugainvillea, staghorn ferns, and orchids. Each of the three independent bedrooms had spectacular views and offered the unique experience of outdoor showering. Villa De Vida offers the ultimate St. John stay - highly recommended.

Paradise In St. John

We loved our stay at the Villa De Vida. From the moment we booked till the hour we left, we were treated so well from the VRBO online staff contact. The house was ready and awaiting our late arrival and it was so clean and elegantly furnished. The photos showed a beautiful house and pool deck area but seeing it in person was even better. We have been to St. Thomas many times, but this was our first time staying in St. John for multiple days. I would highly recommend this home rental. We loved our time staying there and hope many more families and groups can enjoy Villa De Vida in the years ahead.

Incredible sunsets and views

We’ve been to St John several times, and Villa de Vida is our favorite property in which we have stayed. The house is luxe yet not at all precious. The deck is simply amazing with lots of sturdy comfortable lounge furniture. We saw some beautiful sunsets and woke up to incredible views. The managers were prompt and efficient in communications and providing coded recommendations. And the cherry on top is the lush, colorful landscaping! There were even orchids!

Fantastic Property!

The entire property was gorgeous start to finish from pulling in the driveway. Easy to find with ample parking. Beautiful gardens/plant life throughout. Everyone was a big fan of the outdoor showers. Layout was great for couples giving each their own complete space and privacy including independent deck spaces and balcony’s. With a shared area that brought it all together just knocking it out of the park. The view and sunsets were incredible to enjoy from the massive amount of outdoor/deck space. 10/10 recommend!

CARIBBEAN PARADISE

Villa de Vida was perfect for our week on St. John. Jody, was friendly and quick to answer any questions we had about the property. Scott, the property manager, was also very friendly and helpful. He let us in, showed us around the property and explained how things worked. He texted several times to make sure we were alright and that everything was in order. The villa is the quintessential Caribbean home, with separate living and sleeping room "pods", beautiful terra-cotta tiles and teak wood everywhere. We loved the individual living and sleeping spaces that provided plenty of privacy and are joined by lovely, covered walkways. And everyone enjoyed the outdoor showers. One shower can be reached from the driveway which was great for getting sand off before going into the main part of the house. The view is incredible and we spent every minute we could sitting outside on the deck taking it in. The pool was also clean and it was nice to take a dip when it got too hot sitting on the deck. The home was extremely clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for a week stay, including beach towels, a cooler, some kitchen supplies including some left by other guests, and laundry supplies. The kitchen is a bit dark and we found it a little difficult to cook on the evenings we ate in. The air conditioners in each space worked great. But, most of the time we chose to leave them off, open the beautiful teak doors and windows and enjoy the trade wind breezes. We did experience a couple of power outages, one during the night which made it a little difficult to sleep, but that is island living and we knew about the power issues before we booked the trip. We really enjoyed our stay at Villa de Vida and will definitely return for our next trip to St. John!
