The house is lovingly fully equipped for at least 4 to 5 people.
2 bedrooms, and in the living room with a cozy fireplace.
When booking the house you have 50% discount on the entrance to the Aqua Mundo (swimming pool).

In the North Sea resort of Tossens on the Wadden Sea Nature Park, very close to the beach (walking distance) is our private cottage in the resort of the Center Park North Sea coast. The approximately 4000 square meter water paradise Aqua Mundo forms the centerpiece of this holiday park. You can expect a friendly and cozy holiday home. The ground floor has a spacious living-dining room with oriel extension and terrace exit. A cozy fireplace flat-screen TV with cable connection, modern kitchen with extractor, ceramic hob cooker, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, the spacious shower room with toilet. The upper floor offers two sleeping or Nursery. On the ground floor is a tiled floor, on the first floor was laid a laminate floor. As it is an end house you will be able to enjoy the peace and the beautiful view.
Parking is available in front of the house.

Das Häuschen ist gemütlich eingerichtet, die Lage erholsam ruhig in einer Sackgasse gelegen. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, das Sofa ist für 4 Personen etwas klein, aber gemütlich. Wir hatten erholsame Tage!

Für Kurzurlaub ok

Sehr schmutzempfinflicher Boden, Terrasse sollte etwas mehr freigeschnitten werden, bessere Beleuchtung im Sofabereich wäre wünschenswert, ein paar Kissen für die Gemütlichkeit des Ledersofas wären auch schön, Heizkörper für Wohnraum sehr klein. Aber die Vermieter waren gut erreichbar und haben Probleme sehr kurzfristig behoben. Die Gegend ist allgemein für Urlaub mit Hunden nicht so schön, da kaum Freilaufmöglichkeiten

Würden wir nicht noch einmal mieten

Wir waren vom Ferienhaus und besonders von der Hausverwaltung insgesamt enttäuscht. Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft leider alles andere als sauber (Haarbüschel in der Dusche, tote Ameisen im Schrank, tote Fliegen im Backofen, schimmelnde Fugen, viele Spinnen, schmutziges Geschirr ...) und es waren diverse Sachen auch einfach kaputt, aus der Dusche kam kaum Wasser, die Spülmaschine war verstopft weshalb das Geschirr nicht richtig sauber wurde, aber trotzdem einfach so in die Schränke geräumt wurde. Dementsprechend waren wir die ersten Tage unseres Urlaubs mehr damit beschäftigt mit der Hausverwaltung zu telefonieren als den Urlaub zu genießen, unter anderem auch weil man immer mehrmals nachhaken musste bis etwas getan wurde. Die Mitarbeiterin die immer zu uns kam war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, vom Chef der Firma haben wir leider überhaupt keinen guten Eindruck bekommen. Immerhin wurden Spülmaschine und Dusche dann repariert, die toten Ameisen liegen aber wohl immer noch im Küchenschrank. Schade, denn den Ort an sich fanden wir mit zwei kleinen Kindern sehr schön, besonders auch mit dem nahegelegenen Babystrand. Wenn wir aber noch einmal nach Tossens kommen, dann nicht mehr in dieses Ferienhaus oder irgendeines was von dieser Firma verwaltet wird.

Das Haus ist für eine Familie recht klein. Die Couch ist nicht sonderlich bequem. Der Mülleimer im Unterschrank der Küche kommt, wenn man ihn nicht fest andrückt samt Schublade immer wieder heraus. Eine Glühlampe in der Lampe über dem Esstisch ist defekt. Beide Nachtschränke im Elternschlafzimmer sind defekt. Die Schubladen lassen sich kaum herausziehen, da diese dabei auseinander fallen. Leider ist uns bei dem Abzieher der Dusche der Griff abgebrochen. Als wir dies dem Verwalter mitteilten, tat er echt betroffen und meinte wir sollten 5 EUR da lassen und das ganze wäre unbürokratisch erledigt. Da wir kein Fass aufmachen wollten und um 10 Uhr das Haus geräumt haben sollten, haben wir das getan. Ein Beigeschmack bleibt allerdings.

50 % Rabatt haben wir im Schwimmbad nicht bekommen. War mir ein Buchungsgrund. Fernseher Schlafzimmer defekt. Fliegengitter Fenster defekt. Mobilfunk Nummer war nicht erreichbar. Ausstattung soweit in Ordnung, würde sie allerdings als sehr günstig bezeichnen. Sicherlich Geschmacksache. Viele Grüße André Henning

Erholsamer Urlaub

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Betten sehr gut, die Küche hat eine gute Ausstattung, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster, etc. alles vorhanden. Die Lage ist auch sehr schön, am Rand der Anlage und nur einen Nachbarhaus.

Ein sehr tolles, sauberes Ferienhaus. Ruhig und idyllisch und doch relativ zentral gelegen. Ausstattung top. Ein sehr freundlicher und unkompliziert Empfang. Service vor Ort war super. Wenn es das nächste Mal passt, wieder das Haus unserer Wahl. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
