- The vacation house disposes over a living-/sleep area, a separate bedroom and a bath with shower and WC. In the living room is near by the fireplace a genial seating accommodation with table from tile, vis-à-vis the kitchen with sitting bar and high chair. On the other side you can take out of the high board of oak a French bed. In the separate bedroom are two single beds, also using for a double bed. By the entrance you see a spacious wardrobe, on the other hand the bathroom with shower and toilet. Behind curtain stay a vacuum cleaner, other cleaning millinery and 2 chairs for children. In the front of the living room the terrace and lawn be, in side room furniture of terrace (chairs, roundtable, deck-chairs, sunshade, and grill).

Location
Tossens lies on the green peninsula Butjadingen in the so-called three-water country between North Sea, Weser and Jade. The holiday house is located in the Aida living park just behind the dyke. The licensed edge of bathing is about 10 going minutes far away, just as the North Sea tropical park, approx. 4000 sqm large subtropical bathing paradise. Purchase is possible for the approx. 1 km remotely situated supermarket. In direct proximity a lake with green shore and circulating ways lies. In the neighbouring place is Burhave with the play house (Spielscheune), an oasis for small holiday-makers.
