A great stay

This cute house was perfect for our stay. Tastefully furnished. The kitchen had everything one could want to prepare meals. A quiet neighborhood. Easily accessible to Litchfield and surrounding areas. The hostess Kelly was very responsive to our questions. Hopefully we’ll be back again some day.

Kelly was super accommodating to us and answered all our questions promptly! House is great and located close to center of Litchfield and Torrington. Close to great local restaurants as well! We will be back!

My husband and I bought this house five years ago and beautifully renovated and decorated it to suit easy country living. We added a huge deck during Covid to entertain family and friends. 1st floor is a semi open plan with a fully loaded kitchen dining area, a wonderful guest bedroom and a lovely living room.
Second floor is a master suite with large bedroom, bath and dressing.

Why they chose this property

Minutes to Litchfield center with great dining and shopping experiences. Yet plenty of personal and social opportunities within the home on an acre of land with a great deck. The home is within minutes to 3 fantastic lakes, multiple roaring rivers, hiking, nature preserves and more such as: Winery's, Litchfield Distillery, Restaurants, ice cream parlors, cozy shops and lots of local fairs and farmers markets. A short (2 hour) drive from the City - you can escape to the peace and quiet of the Litchfield Hills and enjoy the sounds and smells of the country.
