The holiday home "Beate" offers you and your family a relaxing holiday on approx. 70 m² in a central and direct location of Norddeich.

From our holiday home you can reach the harbor, the ferry terminals Norderney and Juist, the beach of Norddeich, a dog beach, the train station, a bike rental, a large playground, an adventure pool as well as a bakery and a variety of restaurants and shops within a few minutes' walk.

Our terrace with beautiful garden furniture offers you a relaxing barbecue evening. A parking space is right in front of the house.

Our house offers you family-friendly accommodation on up to 70 m² for up to 5 people + child (up to 3 years). The fully equipped holiday home has 2 bedrooms, a cozy living and dining area, a modern barrier-free bathroom and guest toilet on the upper floor, a fully equipped kitchen with storage room. Easy-care floor tiles on the ground floor, laminate in the upper bedrooms, ground floor and first floor. Shutters.

Your temporary home is equipped with everyday household appliances.

In the 1st Upstairs are two bedrooms, double bed 140 x 200 cm, single bed 100 x 200 cm, two single beds 90 x 200 cm.

We provide you with fresh bed linen and 1 bath towel and 2 towels / person for free. For the final cleaning, we charge you a one-time fee of 70 EUR.
