About this property

Newly Renovated, Near Country Club and Ski Resort, fiber internet & Hot tub*

Our 2,600 sqft cabin was just recently renovated and boasts a spacious and open living, dining and kitchen. We are located less than a mile from the Angel Fire Country Club and Monte Verde lake, and 1.7 miles from the base of the ski lifts. Fiber internet is provided, which is great for those who want to work remotely. *Hot tub is a $100 fee for the entire stay should you want to use it. You will need to state if you want to use the hot tub in the comment section when you initially book the property and the fee will be added.

The living area has three comfy couches to provide generous seating and includes a gaming zone with shuffleboard, foosball and various board games. The master bedroom is spacious and includes a desk work space, pull out couch, ensuite bathroom, his and hers sinks, and plenty of closet space. The first guest bedroom is also spacious with an ensuite bathroom. The house includes a bunk room, that is perfect for kids or teenagers to hang out and play Xbox or Wii. The house is surrounded by beautiful Ponderosa Pines with a few Aspens sprinkled in, and you can often spy deer, rabbits, squirrels, chipmunks and various bird species on the property.

This is a perfect spot for us for spring break! A quick drive to the ski gifts. Nice fire pit. Great House. There is a charge for the hot tub, which was a little weird and disappointing, but other than that it was great! The owners were super friendly and helpful. And the kids loves seeing the dear in the morning.

The hot tub fee is clearly listed in the first paragraph of the property description. Several guests chose not to use the hot tub, so rather than charging everyone we leave it as an option since we must pay a service to balance chemicals each time it’s used. Please note 4 stars out of 5 really impacts hosts. We do everything we can to ensure a great stay, it’s unfortunate that we’re penalized for guest oversight.

The host was incredibly welcoming and the rules and instructions were clear and concise. The place itself was an absolute blast. The foosball table was a great activity after snowboarding during the day. Absolutely love the location. It's a 5 minute drive to Angel Fire resort, the Lowes market and anything else you might need. It was a lovely stay and would recommend it 100%

Perfect quiet mountain home

Check in was very easy, the kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook.The house is very close to the country club, but also in a very quiet neighborhood.The house also has a great variety of games and it’s a great open space

Great vacation home!

This property was perfect for our family ski trip! It is very close to the Angel Fire base area and the grocery store in town. The inside of the house itself seems much larger than it appears in the pictures, it was really lovely to come home to after a day of skiing. The kitchen was well stocked, bathrooms had everything we needed and the gaming area kept the kids entertained! It was great!

Beautiful cabin home

We stayed at celebration of our wedding, coming up with some friends. The place was nothing short of amazing. We had a great time. Skiing was a four minute drive away. If I come back to Angel fire, I will definitely stay there again thank you!

Adventure at the Woodlands

This home had all the feelings of home. So many great memories from the time around the fire pit, games that were provided and amazing area where the home is located. The hot tub was amazing after an adventure filled day in the mountains. Everything that was needed was provided. Beds were extremely comfortable. Definitely one of our favorite stays. Host was great to work with throughout from booking to checkout.

Ski Angle Fire

My family had a great stay in this beautiful house, less than 5 minutes from the ski resort, grocery store and restaurants. We had shuffleboard and foosball competitions and the board games were alot of family fun. We loved taking hot tubs after a full day of skiing. It was so cool seeing all the bucks from the back deck.

Feb NM Ski Trip

The place was amazing with plenty of room. Just beware their are 4 pull out couches so some people might be picky on comfort. Nice quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to from the freeway and no steep hills. Angelfire Ski resort is just down the road about 5 minutes. One downside was only having one small grocery store in town so make sure you get your groceries driving into town. We skied a few days in Taos so we were able to pick up groceries from Walmart. Wifi worked great and the heat system was amazing. Plenty of parking in the front and back of the house. Plenty of plates, utensils, extra blankets. Hot tub was nice and hot but watch out as half of it has huge icicles hanging over it. One small upgrade that would help regulate the temperature inside a little better is just adding a door sweep to the two doors that feed into the garage. The cold air kept coming in under the door but not a big issue with the heaters in every room. Overall a nice cabin in a great location. Definitely will keep it in my favorites if we ever visit Angelfire again.

Awesome location

This property is prime location located just inside the country club area. The property has all of the amenities to keep kids and adults entertained(only if stuck inside). We went during off season so not a ton to do other then hiking but we planned for that so we still had a great time. We had 2 families with kids that have never vacationed together and the house was large enough we were never in anybodys way.

We enjoyed our stay so much!!! It was just enough space for all 16 of our group. We had a blast and would definitely like to come back. We loved the mule deer and how close it was to the mountain!! Woodlands property

We had an awesome time. There were four adults and 4 children and plenty of room to have fun for all. This house is very close to the resort and the country club. We found someone to shovel the snow too since a lot of Snow hit when we arrived. Overall great experience.

We are a family of four and we live in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We are lovers of the outdoors, and love to ski, hike and camp. A few years ago we took a trip to Northern New Mexico and fell in love with the area. Angel Fire is such a peaceful area, and is a great place to relax and recharge. With the pandemic looming, we decided to invest in a second home, so we could get away. In February of 2021 we started our search for a home in Angel Fire. After purchasing this home we spent approximately 3 months renovating, replacing most of the flooring and upgrading the kitchen and bathrooms. We hope you choose to stay with us, and fall in love with this house just like we did!
