The apartment "THREE" in the former inn "To hell" in Marktbreit

Our apartments were renovated in 2015 and are beautifully furnished, the style is Franco-Scandinavian. The structure of the building dates from the middle of the 20th century and has been lovingly restored by us. We have such reclaimed. B. wooden floors, plastered walls, not permanently laid carpets etc.

THIS ADD refers to the smaller apartment in our house. This is on the first floor and has 1 bedroom with a double bed, a large kitchen with a sofa bed for 2 persons and a bathroom with toilet and shower. A furnished terrace on the ground floor (12 sqm) can be used like and is an additional treat.

We also have an apartment for up to 6 people (60 sqm + large terrace) and a small apartment for 2-4 persons (30 sqm) offer. This we have advertised separately.

All lines, all the windows, the heating and all surfaces of the old house were repaired or renewed.

All units have TV, internet, central heating, new bathrooms and wooden floors. The apartments have new kitchens.

Dogs can come like when they are not too large (50 cm; 25 kg). They cost 8, - € per day. Please ask.

Marktbreit is located at the top of the Main triangle right on Main, in the Franconian wine region, on the road in the Steigerwald.

The historic and romantic city offers the impressions of an old Franconian town of culinary more than the average, which is at least for us francs of the utmost importance.

We have in addition to a private, 1.2 km away motorway exit on the A7 also a well-frequented rail connection on the route Würzburg-Ansbach.

The right vorbeiführende Main bike trail and several cycling routes motif in the district of Kitzingen offer many opportunities to move by bike. The Steigerwald is 15 km away, which opens for hikers many options. We are 20 km from Würzburg, 35 km from Rothenburg o. D. T. and 85 km from Bamberg and Nuremberg. These are all Franconian architectural and cultural pearls!

"HEAVEN & HELL" is a pair of opposites that has it all. Therefore, that is also again briefly explained here.

while walking We had an idea after we had seen on the old and renovation Gasthaus "Zur Höll" the sign "For Sale".

After the first visit to this idea matured further, we bought and renovated the building in 2014/15. The aim was to be able to offer guests beautiful apartments market Breits ( "heaven").

In addition, part of the idea was to renovate the old dining room ( "hell"). It is now available for celebrations, seminars, etc. are available. One can here support themselves or book a range of services such as catering or party service to do so. However, the guest room and the apartments are rented not simultaneously, unless that to celebrate accommodations are booked. Tenants of apartments are to be able to sleep in peace.
