Nestled warmly in the beautiful Santa Ynez Mountains, this spacious, private 40 acre Spanish villa features breathtaking views in every direction including the Channel Islands. Walk to incredible hikes and Santa Barbara's famous botanical gardens. Shopping, restaurants ,and all the conveniences of State Street are only an 8 minute drive down the hill past the Santa Barbara's beautiful mission. Lounge poolside above the fog enjoying a terrific display of birds and nature. The immaculate and comfortable home features plenty of parking, 2-car garage, large living room with fireplace and sectional couch, large bedrooms including 2 king beds, streaming TV, internet, bbq, great cell phone signal, Subzero fridge, Miele dishwasher, and Samsung washer and dryer.
