Your villa consists of 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 80 sqm and can accommodate up to 3 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance leads over 20 steps directly in the hallway. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with lounge, TV, DVD and Sea view. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom with 1 double bed and ceiling fan. Bedroom with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, toaster, electric water boiler and with all the necessary utensils for the stay. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, window and towels and toiletries.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Podstrana, 310 m above sea level. The villa is located on a 1,000 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Villa Aquarius is a luxuriously furnished house with an impeccably maintained garden of about 1,000 m2. The house is a duplex - it shares a common wall with the neighbouring house. The gardens are completely separate, and due to the location, orientation and the good and functional fence, you enjoy privacy. No one can see you; you may possibly hear the neighbours next door. If you like and want, you can be naked. The property is completely fenced. On the side where the other part of the house is, there is a completely opaque fence, rich in plants and flowers. The house is located at the end of the village, which gives it a beautiful view of the slopes of Split, the sea and the central Dalmatian islands. Also on the north side you have a view of the mountains above the house. The garden is immaculately maintained with Mediterranean plants and flowers, which contributes to the romantic and intimate atmosphere. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property, on the street in front of the house and at a car park in the village (distance 30 m).
