Perfect getaway

We had the best time staying at Spoke Wheel Cabin. The cabin itself was beautiful and very clean with all the amenities you could ever want or need. Our favorite part was having a cup of coffee on the covered porch that overlooks the mountains. Brandon was a wonderful host. We hope to return someday.

Peaceful getaway

We had a wondeful time here. I took and vacation with my wife and kids and invited my parents to come along. Everyone had a wonderful time. Is was a getaway to relax and we couldn't have asked for more. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time we go to the area.

Great time with beautiful views

Our trip to Spoke Wheel with our two friends could hardly have been better. From the well stocked and very functional kitchen to the comfortable beds, our group felt at home in the cabin. The views of the valley were breathtaking, with the Smoky Mountains really showing off for us.Furniture was comfortable but a recliner would’ve made naps even better. Brandon answered every question promptly and accurately. We’ll certainly recommend the cabin to our friends. A great stay!

Clean and comfortable cabin

This cabin was the perfect home base for our fall adventures. The cabin was clean upon our arrival and very cozy. We loved the electric fireplace in the living room, the deck was spacious and offered some good views, and we slept well in the master bedroom bed. Our dog was with us and we appreciated the poop bags available on the front porch. We’d definitely stay here again!

Riding the Smokies

We came up on motorcycles to ride in the mountains of NC and TN. Spoke Wheel Cabin was a perfect place for us to rest up and plan our next day’s ride. It was quiet, cozy and peaceful! Brandon is an awesome host with answers even before we ask the questions! We enjoyed every sunrise and the stars at night were spectacular! The beds were very comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was just an added bonus! Wonderful memories were made on this trip!

Wonderful Little Getaway!

This cabin was wonderful! The host had it stocked with all of the essentials. I really didn't need to bring anything besides myself and my clothes. Wonderful location tucked away from everything, yet a short drive down the mountain into town and reasonably located from tons of attractions. My goal was to get away from it all while still enjoying the comforts of home, and they surely delivered. The host was wonderful. He had plenty of useful information to share and was very attentive without being pushy. I would highly recommend this place, and I would definitely stay here again.

A hidden gem in the mountains!

The property is simply beautiful, very cozy, and the cabin has some outstanding views of the mountain. It is very conveniently located and close to the town of Waynesville, Maggie Valley, Cherokee, and a reasonable distance from Asheville. The cottage is very clean, fully stocked with essentials, and is in a very safe location, especially since it is in a gated community. The cozy loft upstairs was a big hit with our daughter! It has a great outdoor fire pit, which, unfortunately we did not have the time to use it. We were able to drive around and get some amazing views especially of the sunset. Winter can get cold, but they have an amazing indoor.gas fireplace. They have a great Jacuzzi and hot water which was a plus. A vehicle with good brakes and tires is highly recommended. The best part was the quick response from our host, who was very kind and accommodating. We are definitely planning to go back. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful and memorable..

Views for Days

The views, The views, The views!!! Breathtaking Mountain View’s perfect for getting away from it all but with easy access to the National Park and surrounding areas. We stayed at spoke wheel cabin for four days. Everything from booking, to arrival and departure was flawless and made incredibly easy. Communication with our host was quick and Brandon was more than happy to answer any questions. The cabin itself was spotless upon our arrival with everything you need in place. It has a great layout giving both privacy and room to spread out. The deck gives you incredible sunrise views sitting and sipping your morning coffee from one of the four rockers. We also enjoyed using the fire pit and extending our evening under the stars most nights. There are plenty of games and books in the cozy family room; with room to relax and unwind. We truly felt at home at spoke wheel and are looking forward to spending more time in this beautiful log cabin in the future.

Outstanding the property is excellent the supplies were just right the pots and pans and of course coffee maker keurig was on point. The couches were apparently new or somewhat new the way they drew us in was what we needed. Would highly recommend.

Gorgeous Log Cabin

This wonderful cabin was beautifully furnished, comfortable, and very clean. It was exactly as pictured. And of course the view was stunning. Our only complaint was the inconvenience of having to visit the dump every day on our way to town to drop off the garbage. We've stayed in other cabins high in the mountains where they hire a private company to pick up the trash at the end of the stay.

It’s just under a 3-hour drive for us from Charlotte to Maggie Valley and we are over there every chance we get. Anytime the kids have no school on a Monday or Friday we are there for a 3-day weekend…doesn’t matter the time of year. The Maggie Valley / Waynesville area is the perfect location for anything you could want to do outdoors. Endless hiking, awesome waterfalls, tubing (snow & river), rafting, fishing, playing in the creeks, snow boarding & skiing, apple picking and on and on. Our family loves to be outdoors with nature every chance we get. What started with 1 vacation rental home in 2014 has now grown to 6. I personally manage all the listings, bookings and communication between guests to ensure an awesome trip. Any questions, comments, concerns or issues I am always available by phone, text or e-mail.

Having two cabins on the same street makes it convenient to manage but is also great for larger groups that wouldn't fit in the same house, or want their own space.
