SPECTACULAR views from the wraparound deck, which is outfitted with outdoor lighting for evening entertainment. Relax after a day of hiking/skiing/sightseeing. The cabin offers guests a gas fireplace, washer & dryer, charcoal grill, WIFI, and streaming SmartTVs in the living room and master bedroom.

THE SPACE: When you arrive, you will be greeted by the seclusion of the cabin. Once inside, you will enjoy an open-floor concept, a spiral staircase to the loft, a fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and amazing views. The GPS directions bring you up to Paso Fino, BUT be sure to notice where Stable Lane splits off to the right.

Snowy Get Away
My family and I stayed at this beautiful cabin during the arctic blast. The cabin itself was perfect, and the views were absolutely amazing. We brought our dogs up with us, which I wish there was proper fencing, as my dogs got loose while we were unloading causing us to search for them the first evening we were there. Thankfully we found them. With the cold, the fire place worked great to keep us cozy, as did the heater. The master bedroom bed topper was a bit uncomfortable, but it didn't cause us any pains. We used the driveway as a hill to sled down, so the kids had a fabulous time. With that being said, there was salt also available, which we spread on the walk ways and driveway for safety purposes. Other than the dog drama, we had fantastic, cozy time and look forward to going back!

Cozy, clean cabin with a wonderful view
We were totally impressed with the cleanliness of the cabin and the Christmas decorations. The views from the porch were very impressive and the kitchen was well equipped. Comfortable furniture and a cozy fireplace made for relaxing evenings.

October Stay
Cabin as described with fantastic views. After an 8+ hour drive we arrived after dark, unloaded our car then departed for the store to get supplies. Returned to the cabin to settle in for the night and discovered neither the heat nor cable TV worked. Immediately contacted management who came to the cabin that night to try to remedy problems. Management contacted HVAC company to arrange for immediate service but were advised truck was 90 minutes away and may not have needed parts. Appointment made for HVAC company to come at 9:00 the next morning. Management also discovered cable TV service had been changed and not available until the next morning. That night we had no heat nor cable TV. Had to change our plans for the next day pending resolution to the problems. Two days prior to arrival we were offered an additional night at a discounted rate but we informed management our schedule did not allow us to extend our stay. As consideration for the problems we encountered the night of our arrival management repeatedly offered the extra night stay but now at no charge. We again told them our schedule did not allow for an extended stay. We recognize unforeseen problems can arise. We suggested a refund equivalent to one night of rent as consideration for the problems encountered. Management responded they would initiate an unspecified refund contingent on our review. The cabin was as described but based on the response to the problems we rate the overall experience as 3 stars.

I'm Eve, The Cabin Fairy, and your co-host! As a Maggie Valley resident/real estate broker/investor, I had difficulty finding the kind of representation that my guests deserved. Rather than settle for what was available in the current Maggie Valley vacation rental market, I made it my mission to create a company that would exceed my rental guests’ needs and expectations. This needs-based focus reduced the amount of unnecessary expenses imposed upon both homeowners and rental guests. My team takes full advantage of technology, personal experience, as well as guest feedback, to design and grow the company.
