We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable and my 6 yo loved the play equipment in the fenced backyard. If we are ever in need of a place in the area again, we will definitely check here first.
This home was sweet & cozy, comfy and oh so welcoming. We had a very pleasant 3 night stay, and enjoyed hanging out on the back porch in the evenings, and we all slept peacefully in the pretty bedrooms. The location, a few minutes away from downtown, the bay, and the fabulous art center (where we were taking a workshop) made this place perfect! Kids will love the big back yard play area and basketball hoop out front, and the kid in me loved the bubble wand and the big bucket of bubble soap on the back porch! The neighborhood is working class, rural, very quiet and people are friendly. Hannah’s cute cottage is an oasis!
We enjoyed the spaciousness and comfort of this home. Just a few minutes from downtown. The house had all the things we needed for cooking and relaxing.
The house was perfect for our family to stay in for a few days while in Fairhope. The kids loved the backyard, especially the swing. The neighborhood was a little run down but seemed to be relatively safe and was very quiet.

Everything was very clean and communication with the host was flawless. It is such a cute and charming house. The backyard was fantastic and every morning and every evening we sat on the back porch.
House was nice and clean. Back porch and yard are lovely. Had all amenities that we needed. Lots of nice personal touches. Neighborhood is a little run down and seemed sketchy at first impression. We were a group of 5 women who had no problem and felt perfectly safe. Great value. Few Minutes drive
From downtown Fairhope. I would recommend this house for a stay. We will definitely stay here again.

The property itself was very nice and well-kept! The owners were extra kind, hospitable and flexible with us. My only complaint would be the area around the property. The neighborhood and some of the houses around were a little dirty and unkept (trash left out by the street, etc). Overall, however, it was a very nice stay and we felt safe! They are in the middle of renovating the property, and I imagine it will be very nice when finished. We would stay there again.
We were in town for a wedding. The home is cozy on a dead end quiet street. It is not a fancy neighborhood but I wasn't expecting it to be. It's a quiet neighborhood of families within 5 minute drive to downtown Fairhope. If you want a homebase to enjoy all that Fairhope offers, to be able to drive to the beach for a day trip. This is an affordable, safe, clean and charming option.
The property is nice and the exterior is new, but the inside of the house has an old smell and 2 of the 4 mattresses are pretty hard to sleep on. That being said the rate for the stay is very cheap and we were able to stay for the weekend for a very low price.

I'm sorry to hear that, Nick, we are working to renovate the whole house as I'm sure you saw... I've replaced most of the flooring and both of those mattresses since you left. Hope you'll give it another try if you're ever in the area. Best, Hannah
The home was lovely. Things were labeled efficiently and made it easy for us to find things. The remodeling looks good. We did have to take the two rugs up in the hall because they would not stay in place and we did not want anyone to trip over them. The back deck was very inviting and we hope you put a hand rail up at some point to finish it off. The neighborhood is a little run down (but saw a lot of work being done too) but it was one of the quietest neighborhoods we have ever been in! Overall a great experience! Thanks so much!
Place was misrepresented Scared for our safety because of the location. Alive biting insects inside the dwelling, & actually bit my friend. The smell of the place was horrible, especially at the refrigerator. Called manager, requested a full refund. Never received a refund.
Spacious, clean and quiet. Neighborhood is a bit sketchy but convenient to Fairhope by car.

Location was great.
One twin bed was very hard.
Neighborhood was rundown.
We loved how close we were to everything we were attending during a family affair. The house was very clean.
Clean place and when the remodeling is done it will be great. Big back yard with a deck we used every night Friendly and helpful owners. The property was a good location for where we needed to go Great rates
