Good location, old and tired

The location is right by Yale and shops. Check in via lockbox. Laundry is in an exterior entrance to basement, credit card and app required. The shower water is very sparse, little more than a trickle. No bathroom window screen, curtain rod barely attached to wall. Fridge doors on backwards, old blinds that need replacing, pictures held in place by visible screws on the bottom of frames. Just overall pieced together unprofessionally- needs professional attention/ repair. One of the blinds broke while trying to get more sunlight in the room as the room is very dark. The owner sent a bill for new blinds which I would have gladly agreed to if they weren’t so compromised to begin with. The owner left treats on the counter upon arrival which was a pleasant surprise.

Great place for visiting Yale. Just off campus. Quiet. Lots of perks including a parking pass, bottled water an an assortment of snacks.
