Location was very visitor oriented. The property had an amazing view across from a park. Space was adequate. private parking was good for loading and unloading. The owner was very hospitable, very concerned about our comfort. He left soft drinks for us to have a starter. Was available to help us unlock the property.

Stayed on a trip to Niagara

Great location, close to Niagara Falls and across from a nice park. Host was helpful and responsive, very welcoming. House was spacious and comfortable, great deal for a big group of people!

Couldn’t get into the rental was never sent the code, listing should be taken down as from the prior review this has happened more than once. Awaiting on vrbo to make a decision if I should get my money back now 🙄

Never Again

Not only did you allow the property owner to apparently take my money, he tried to cancel the 3:00 pm on 10/28 reservation at 5:00 pm, claiming it was previously cancelled. Zoe from your company was helpful but between a rock and a hard place and 4 days later, I have yet to hear anything about the refund and any further compensation for the incompetency we had to endure for a reservation made, paid for, and confirmed more than one month previously. I am very displeased with the lack of service we received.
