Beautiful studio apartment with a sleeping alcove, fully renovated and air-conditioned. It comprises: an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchenette (2 induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave), a bright living room with a sofa bed (160 cm), dining area and flat-screen TV, a separate sleeping alcove with two bunk beds (90 cm),

a modern bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.

The terrace, furnished with garden furniture and an awning, offers a pleasant view of the harbor. Located in a secure gated community with enclosed parking, this comfortable accommodation is ideal for 2 to 4 people.
