No property manager on premises (Manuel) until we called the grounds keeper for help with a water leak 4 days in. Then, he showed up for a minute and we never saw him again. We never met him, and he never was there to even greet us, introduce himself, welcome us, or help us with anything.
Lack of adequate toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen utensils, cookware, etc. We had to buy these things.
Hot water issues, maintenance forgot to turn the water heater on.
Leak under the master sink with water everywhere, kitchen sink hardware had to be replaced while we were there, and the master shower did not drain so there was an overflow of water in the master bath. Also, the master toilet did not flush and had to be plunged with every single use.
Laundry room was locked and we had no access until maintenance was called to unlock it.,
TV did not have channels unless you paid for programing. And no instructions if other options were available.
Second bedroom had no closet and no waste paper basket.
So basically, there were issues every single day, and no property manager to speak to address them.
Will not be back.
