On the ground floor, large living room / lounge with fully equipped open kitchen, a bedroom (bed 160) and a dressing room, a bathroom (walk-in shower and 2 sinks), WC.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, one with a 160 bed and large closet, one with 2 twin beds of 90 that can be transformed into a 180 bed and closet and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds or 4 beds of 90. A bathroom with shower and 2 sinks, WC and linen room equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, an ironing board and an iron and a sink on a worktop that can accommodate a changing mat. The house is equipped with 2 baby travel cots, a baby bath and a changing mat. Wifi, TV, 4 parking spaces.
The outdoor terrace is equipped with an electric plancha. The outdoor area includes a kiosk with garden furniture and deckchairs.
