The villa FLEUR D'O, independent, welcomes you on the heights of ISSAMBRES, quiet, with a beautiful sea view on the golf course of St Tropez and the massifs, on a closed and planted space of 1300 m2.

1 food store and 1 pizzeria-restaurant in high season are located in the residence 600 meters by car 400 meters on foot.
1 SPAR food store and the 1st beach are at 2.5kms and the town center with all the shops and another beach are at 2. 9kms. 1 large beach between issambres and st maxime is 4 kms.

Access in the residence:
1 swimming pool and 1 ball court about 400 meters walk from the villa (path with stairs to 50 meters from the villa) so no noise nuisance and 600 meters by car with access code, 1 ground of tennis with reservation (below the swimming pool of the residence) and children's games about 300 meters from the villa (going out on the right); access with badge.

Amazing views

This property is ideally placed for the views and the tranquility. It is a location which we would highly recommend having a car as the road down to the coast is steep and a little difficult to navigate in parts. The house was just as depicted in the pictures and we were very happy with the cleanliness and layout. The kitchen caters well for multiple guests and everything works well. We booked this accommodation through VRBO but please be aware this is also advertised elsewhere which leads us to our only dissatisfaction . We had arrived expecting bedding and towels to be provided only to find they were an additional cost which needed to be accounted for prior to arrival. Now that is all well and good but this information was only available on the other listings and not on VRBO. that being said when we took this up with the owner we found a mutually beneficial solution which addressed this issue. I would respectfully ask the owner to please ensure there is consistent detail for this rental across all platforms so as to not create this confusion in the future. The communication in dealing with this was first class though and we were happy with the solution. We had a great time and would be happy to revisit if we holiday in this area again. Thanks.

Die Villa ist sehr liebevoll mit vielen geschmackvollen Dekodetails eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Allerdings waren die Liegestühle und die Sonnenschirme kaputt und es fehlten die Liegestuhlauflagen. Wir fahren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus, der Küche mit den vielen elektrischen Geräten.

Un séjour idyllique

Le séjour en ce mois d'avril a été particulièrement plaisant et le charme de la maison y a grandement contribué ! La maison est spacieuse, chacun y a son espace et tout est très fonctionnel. La piscine est très agréable, même en cette période et la vue depuis l'espace piscine, la terrasse ou le salon (et même la salle de bain du haut) est a couper le souffle! Pour finir la communication avec le propriétaire et avec la personne en charge des entrées/ sorties est facile et tout à fait cordialement, ce qui a contribué à rendre notre séjour très serein. Je recommande cette location !

Eigentlich ein sehr schönes Haus mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Ein Ferienhaus mit Potential! Das Haus liegt auf einer ruhigen Anhöhe (Auto unbedingt notwendig) mit einem herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Es hat einen schönen Pool und ausreichend Zimmer und Badezimmer mit Verbesserungspotential. Auch war (gerade aktuell in Corona-Zeiten!) nicht alles zufriedenstellend sauber. Die Vermieter waren aber freundlich.

Information pas correcte concernant la piscine

Jolie maison agréable a vivre, grande, bien équipée avec une très belle vue sur la mer et le golf de Sainte-Maxime. Mais attention aux "approximations" de l'annonce: la villa est située a 4km de la plage et des commerces et surtout la piscine n'est pas a 300 m, mais plutôt a 500 par une route très pentue et dans une résidence Pierre et Vacances, les autres prestations tennis et jeux d'enfants sont aussi dans la résidence Pierre et vacances. C'est la piscine réservée aux propriétaires de la résidence, pas assez grande par rapport au nombre de personnes, pas assez de transats disponibles en conclusion pas agréables du tout. Concernant le jacuzzi, il est plutôt 2 places et l'eau était verte et nauséabonde.

Vous ne pouvez pas parler d'approximations et vous même être approximatif. Je vais donc apporter les éléments de réponse très précis pour chaque point évoqué et après vérification effectuée. La villa est située à exactement 2.5 kms de la 1ère plage à côté du port de plaisance et en face du magasin d'alimentation SPAR et à 2.9 kms des autres commerces du centre ville et d'une 2ème plage, en passant par la route des lotissements, la plus directe (à droite en sortant de la villa). la plage qui rejoint st maxime est effectivement à 4 kms en passant par le col du bougnon (D8). La piscine et des commerces dans la résidence pierre et vacances sont précisément à : - 600 mètres de la villa (300 m plats et 300 m pentus) accessibles par la route à pied ou en voiture avec un code d'accès remis - 400 mètres à pied, environ, par un escalier à 50 mètres à gauche en sortant de la villa qui accède directement dans la résidence pierre et vacances. La piscine est accessible à certains copropriétaires munis d'un badge et non à toute la résidence pierre et vacances qui disposent de 3 piscines. Je pense que si l'on ne veut pas voir du monde il vaut mieux éviter les vacances au mois d'août. Quand aux transats, je n'ai jamais vu une piscine avec autant de transats que de baigneurs !. le tennis en en contrebas de la piscine (distance non mesurée) mais quand on est sportif on est pas à quelques mètres supplémentaires. Les jeux quand à eux se situent à 300 mètres à droite en sortant de la maison accessibles avec badge (route plate). Enfin, le jacuzzi privé est bien de 3 places (modèle outdoor spa WS-095A) et vérifiable avec le lien ci-dessous > http://mexdaspas.com.au/rectangle-outdoor-spa-ws095a.html Concernant l'eau verte et l'odeur : il s'agit d'algues qui peuvent se former lors de fortes chaleurs (ce qui était le cas) et si le nettoyage automatique journalier ne se fait pas suite à un passage en manuel par le locataire (ce qui était le cas). Lors de votre appel la personne qui gère la maison est venu et a fait un nettoyage manuel, remis le réglage automatique et du chlore afin qu'il soit à nouveau utilisable mais pour cela il faut un minimum de 24 heures de patience. Toutes les rectificatifs sont faits. Votre satisfaction concernant le confort de la villa nous ravi. Notre souhait est bien de contribuer à la réussite des vacances de nos hôtes avec le confort de la villa fleur d'o et son environnement (vue mer, piscine, tennis, thalasso proche....). cordialement

La villa correspondait à la description avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Elle est très fonctionnelle et est très bien équipée.
