Magnifique vue

Vue panoramique 180 degrés.villa fonctionnelle et spacieuse même à 11.il y a tout le nécessaire.dommage que la piscine ne soit pas chauffée mais la mer est à 5 minutes en voiture.la plage de sable de la gaillarde à 10 minutes et celle de saint aygulf à 20 minutes pour faire de la plonge paddle et autres Séjour très agréable

Maison confortable

Maison confortable et très belle vue. Points négatifs : - loin de la plage (inaccessible à pied tant c’est escarpé et sinueux (pas de trottoir)). De plus, les plages aux alentours sont plutôt des criques peu accessibles et rocheuses. - la piscine est accessible uniquement par les chambres du sous sol ou par la porte d’entrée (donc impossible de fermer à clé ou alors il faut amener la clé à la piscine) - les pieds de parasols mis à disposition sont trop légers donc à la moindre brise, le parasol s’envole (on a évité 2 accidents pendant notre semaine) - pas de wifi dans les chambres du bas, ce qui nous a posé problème pour notre babyphone - l’adresse indiquée dans l’annonce n’est pas la bonne, ça nous a conduit à la maison précédente. Points positifs : - la vue à couper le souffle - l’équipement global de la maison (équipement bébé, barbecue, plancha, table de Ping Pong…) - la gentillesse et la souplesse de Daniel a l’accueil comme au départ

Globalement positif mais ...

Néanmoins certains équipements parasols, transats, chaises en plastique, rideau de douche non fixé ne sont au niveau du budget (élevé). Egalement panne de clim et coupure générale électrique on perturbé une journée, heureusement la personne sur place a bien géré. Nos vacances se sont bien passées et nous ne regrettons pas notre choix.

Amazing views!!

The house was ready for us when we got there. It was a little hard to find but figured it out with the help of the property manager. The pool is nice and great to cool off after a day of site seeing. The house was cool with lots of rooms and windows/doors. Grocery stores are close by, but we highly recommend having a car to get to stores and restaurants. All in all we had a great time!!

What a stunning property, we cannot fault anything, there were 5 adults and 5 children and there was ample space The property manager Daniel is so helpful, we will be back ASAP

Stunning 180 degree sea view

The wow factor of this house is the stunning 180 degree view from St Raphael right across to St Tropez. There were boats of all shapes and sizes sailing around all day long so there was always something to watch. There is a large terrace on the first floor and a spacious covered terrace on the ground floor with sofas and even a ping pong table which was a bonus. The steep twisty road up to the house and the bumpy last few metres were a bit off putting at first but we soon got used to it. It was too far (and steep a climb) to walk to the beaches and shops so you need a car. The family loved the small creeks for swimming and just bobbing in the water. We had family come and go and we were 11 for some of the time. With six bedrooms there was plenty of room for everyone, we found it a bit odd that none of the 4 ensuite shower/bathrooms had a wc. There was one wc on the ground floor and one on the first floor (neither with wash hand basins). Fixtures and fittings were adequate although the parasols were flimsy and not up to even a slight breeze. The pool was lovely although the 70 years olds (me!) found it difficult to get in and out of with very steep steps. Again, the parasols didn’t offer enough shade in the very jot weather we had.

Vue extraordinaire sur le golf de Frejus

Super vacances. Villa très fonctionnelle, il ne manque rien. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine, de la table de ping-pong et de la terrasse protégée par une pergola.

Stunning view

We had a very nice staying in the house! The view is breath taking and even nicer then in the pics. Two big terraces with dinner table and barbecue etc. Nice pool area. The bedrooms were very nice and it's a big house for 8 people. There wouldn't be any problems with bedrooms nor bathrooms if we had been one family more. Could be a bit crowded in the kitchen, but definitely manageable. Kitchen and living room were in accordance with our expectations. Could/will definitely come back. We needed a car to bo to the sea, which wasn't a problem for us.

Traumhafte Aussicht

Unkomplizierte Vermieter, tolle Lage mit traumhaften Blick. Das Haus zu finden ist nicht so einfach, da man für die letzten 50 Meter die befestigte Straße verlassen muss und nicht vermutet, dass das Haus am Ende des Schotterwegs liegt.

Schöne Lage und toller Ausblick

Das Haus war schön und bot viel Platz, ich würde mit maximal 10 Leuten anreisen wir waren zu zweit für eine Woche und ein Bekannte für 2 Tage da. Der Ausblick ist super es gibt genug Sitzplätze oben unten oder am Pool. Für Kinder ist Pool umzäunt und man kann gut von oben alles überblicken . Nur könnte etwas mehr Ausleuchtung am Pool angebracht werden dort war es leider sehr dunkel bei Nacht. Der Zaun ist leider durch die Wildchweine löchrig die uns die eine oder andere Nacht besuchen waren. Hier würde ich mir nach Besserung wünschen . Ansonsten würde ich das Haus wieder buchen da auch zwei Hunde erlaubt waren. Wir verreisen generell mit unseren Hunden und meist zu zweit und ich würde dem Haus für den Preis den wir hatten 8/10 Punkten insgesamt geben .

Très bon séjour Maison très agréable avec une vue magnifique sur la mer Literie très bonne, couchages et espaces suffisants pour plus de 10 personnes Deux terrasses dont une permettant de déjeuner à l’ombre Certains équipements pourraient être améliorés ou complétés (verres, ustensiles de cuisine, serviettes de bain et transats) Merci à Pascale et Didier pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité

Basic with beautiful view

View is Amazing!!! You need a Car for everything. House is not suitable for wheelchairs or disabled. No WiFi. No schade at the pool (only cheap broken non matching parasols). Suitable for Max 9 adults (use a matras from downstairs in room 1). Room 1 has a camping bed that is only suitable for a chill and has no closet to Store clothes. Bathroom with bath has a shower you need to hold in your hand (construction is Missing). Big house with Amazing view, do not expect comfort or luxury. Owner doesn’t alow you to turn your car which means you need to drive out 100 mtrs stony dirtroad backwards. Local host only speaks french.

Cher locataire, Cette maison familliale convient parfaitement pour 12 adultes avec ses 12 couchages dont 1 lit gigogne. L 'annonce ne mentionne pas un caractère luxueux ,elle indique les éléments de confort tels que: piscine,jardin,terrasses,climatisation dans chaque pièce, qui offre un séjour agréable avec vue sur mer à 180 degrés. Notre cercle familial accueille fréquemment 4 voitures, à combien de voitures étiez vous ? L accès à la maison est tout à fait possible pour une personne à mobilité réduite, avec ses accès à l extérieur, de plain pied. (Mon papa ,âgé, y a passé de nombreux été. ) J aurais aimé être averti de la venue d une personne handicapée, afin d'organiser au mieux son séjour. 7 placards de 2m X1,20m sont a votre disposition sur l ensemble de la maison, ainsi que des penderies dans les couloirs. Concernant le WiFi,nous avons noté une déficience des opérateurs, et n avons pu vous dépanner, nous le regrettons vivement Pour toujours améliorer le service que nous proposons à nos locataires,nous prendrons toujours note de vos remarques.Merci.
