South of France holiday stay

Fabulous. We loved this house and its pool and garden. Everything provided just like a home from home. Great location. Owner super to deal with and really helpful with enquires etc. Entire process and communication really easy. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone and would visit again.

outstanding view

We had a wonderful time there. From all three terraces, you have a wonderful view of the sea. The pool is very large, clean, and well-equipped with loungers and parasols. A beautiful garden, a well-equipped kitchen. The house itself is traditionally decorated and doesn't have air conditioning, but otherwise, everything is there. The landlady is very friendly and helpful with lots of tips.We would love to come back.

Wir waren zwei alte Erwachsene und 5 junge Erwachsene und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem charmanten Haus.Die Terrassen mit dem mit dem Ausblick, der Poolbereich, der Pool selbst
alles sehr gepflegt.Uns gefiel auch die GrĂ¶ĂŸe vom Haus. Die KĂŒche ist echt gut ausgestattet nur die Betten sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen.Man kann zu Fuß ĂŒber einen kleinen Pfad recht schnell zum Meer/Strand runterlaufen ( wenn ĂŒberhaupt 10 min)Die Vermieterin ist seeeehr freundlich und die Kommunikation lĂ€uft wirklich bestens.Wir waren schon mehrfach in Les Issambres.Das Haus gehört zu unseren Favoriten :-))

Splendide maison de charme dans jardin d’Eden

Nous avons passĂ© 10 jours de rĂȘve dans cette propriĂ©tĂ© familiale dĂ©licieuse. La vue sur la mer, des diffĂ©rentes terrasses et points de vue du jardin est Ă  couper le souffle ! La piscine est trĂšs belle et bien entretenue. Un grand merci Ă  Caroline qui nous a accueillis et aidĂ©s tout au long du sĂ©jour , merci Ă  sa gentillesse et bonne humeur Ă©nergique ! Le temps n’a pas Ă©tĂ© aussi chaud que dans nos attentes, hĂ©las personne n’y pouvait rien.. Nous en avons profitĂ© pour dĂ©couvrir les villages et beautĂ©s de cette rĂ©gion. Bref un sĂ©jour vraiment trĂšs agrĂ©able.

Tolle Villa mit fantastischem Meerblick

Wir waren zwei Familien mit insgesamt 9 Personen und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Villa ist sehr gerĂ€umig und hat uns ausreichend Platz geboten. Die Terrassen sind gemĂŒtlich und haben einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Bucht. Der Pool war sehr gepflegt. Können die Villa auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Schönes Haus leider schlecht verwaltet.

Eine wunderschöne Villa mit tollem Meerblick und schönem Pool. Die Einrichtung ist teilweise Antik teilweise etwas Ă€lter. Einige Betten könnten erneuert werden. Die BĂ€der sind teilweise renoviert. Das Meer ist nicht 50 sondern zirka 500 bis 600 Meter entfernt. Die Straße ist sehr steil. Auf dem GrundstĂŒck gibt es ausreichend Platz fĂŒr Fahrzeuge. Insgesamt ein schöner Garten. Was den Aufenthalt sehr negativ gemacht hat war die Verwalterin ( Caroline) sie hat uns das leider nicht sehr saubere Haus in 5 Minuten Übergeben. Dabei war sie sehr unfreundlich und hat uns erklĂ€rt was wir alles zu putzen haben und was alles mit dem MĂŒll geschehen soll.Dann musten wir 215 Euro fĂŒr das Waschen der BettwĂ€sche bezahlen alles ohne Quittung. Am vorletzten Tag kamm sie zum kontrollieren und war nur am meckern und wollte noch Mal 500 Euro fĂŒr was auch immer. Den MĂŒll haben wir aus Angst vor Kosten ĂŒber die Gemeinde entsorgt. Zum GlĂŒck war die EigentĂŒmern sehr hilfreich und hat uns beruhigt. Weiter Kosten sind keine entstanden. Trotzdem war der Aufenthalt dadurchbelastet. Nach 40 Jahren Urlaub in Frankreich ist das das erste Mal das man mir so negativ begegnet ist.

3 superbes terrasses sur la mer avec une vue dont on ne se lasse pas. Elles nous ont permis de ne jamais déjeuner ou dßner à l'intérieur. Belle piscine trÚs propre et chaude (août

Sommerurlaub 2022

Wir waren im Juni fĂŒr 14 Tage in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist einmalig. Man hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer. Das Haus selbst ist rustikal mit alten Möbeln eingerichtet. Leider ist ein Großteil der Möbel schon sehr heruntergekommen. Die KĂŒche konnte leider nicht genutzt werden, da auf der ArbeitsflĂ€che (mit kleinen Fliesen) in den Fugen Schimmel war, ebenso an der gefliesten Wand. Die Dunstabzugshaube ist anscheinend noch nie gereinigt worden, so dass hier Fett und Staub abgelagert hat. Hier musste man befĂŒrchten, dass Staubelemente in den Topf oder Pfanne fallen! Im ganzen Haus kĂ€mpften wir die 14 Tage mit Ameisen. In der KĂŒche mussten sĂ€mtliche Lebensmittel sofort in den KĂŒhlschrank (auch wenn sie dort eigentlich nicht gelagert werden sollten). Im Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Bad waren ebenfalls stĂ€ndig Ameisen (nicht wenige). Im Schrank, wo der Staubsauger untergebracht ist, stehen sĂ€mtliche Ungeziefer Vernichter, wobei der EigentĂŒmer von Ungeziefer nichts wissen wollte! An vielen Stellen im Haus sind die Steckdosen und Lichtschalter total verdreckt, auch der Fußboden könnte mal grĂŒndlich gereinigt werden! Das GrundstĂŒck selbst ist groß und spendet viel Schatten. Im Poolbereich findet man 6 Sonnenliegen, zum Teil mit Hundehaaren! In der Hausbeschreibung wird darauf hingewiesen, dass keine Hunde erlaubt sind, doch auf Nachfrage konnten wir unseren Hund als „ausnahmsweise“ mitbringen. Unser Hund ist nichthaarend, so dass die vorgefundenen Hundehaare von Vormietern sein mussten, Auch auf dem Teppich im Wohnzimmer waren Hundehaare! Beim Verlassen des Hauses ĂŒber lĂ€ngere Zeit wurde uns von der Verwalterin nahegelegt, die vorhandene Alarmanlage scharfzuschalten, da es in der Umgebung bereits zu mehreren EinbrĂŒchen, auch tagsĂŒber gekommen sei. In der Beschreibung, die uns die Verwalterin bei der hektischen Übergabe hinterlassen hatte, wurde auch empfohlen, nachts die Alarmanlage zu aktivieren. Da kommt gleich richtiges Urlaubsfeeling auf! Das Haus hat mit Sicherheit seinen Charme, allerdings lĂ€sst der Gesamtzustand sehr zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒber! Als wir dem EigentĂŒmer gegenĂŒber unsere Meinung Ă€ußerten, empfand er es als „beleidigend“. Von Einsicht keine Spur!

A real family home. Spacious. Nice pool area. Great location. 10min walk to the beach and the rest.

We had a very nice stay. We loved the house. Kids enjoyed the pool. Very spacious. We were 3 families (group of 10) and there were more than enough rooms for us. We liked that we can walk down to the beach, shops and restaurants. 30min drive to St. Tropez. Easy drive to Cannes, Nice and Monaco (if you want ro visit the big cities as well). All in all, we will book this house again if we plan to visit South of France again.

Excellent sĂ©jour, extrĂȘmement bien situĂ©e avec une vue magnifique sur la mĂ©diterranĂ©e et Sainte Maxime , la maison est vaste, bien Ă©quipĂ©e autant Ă  l'intĂ©rieur qu'Ă  l'extĂ©rieur et nous avions de la place pour chacun. (nous Ă©tions 9 personnes). Nous avons Ă©tĂ© bien accueillis, les contacts avec le propriĂ©taire ont Ă©tĂ© simples et agrĂ©ables. Nos attentes ont Ă©tĂ© largement comblĂ©es.

Nous avons fait un sĂ©jour de rĂȘve dans une propriĂ©tĂ© superbe. Vue panoramique sur la mer mĂȘme des chambres, une piscine trĂšs grande au milieu des arbres et une dĂ©coration trĂšs soignĂ©e faite avec beaucoup de goĂ»t. La proximitĂ© de La mer/ Plage et du centre village est trĂšs pratique et se fait Ă  pied. A refaire et Ă  recommander sans Limite. Caroline

Traumhafte Ville mit direktem Meerblick

Wir sind schon einige Jahre StammgĂ€ste in Saint Peire-Les Issambres in dieser sehr schönen, mediterranen Villa. Das Haus bietet alles um den schönsten Urlaub erleben zu dĂŒrfen. Die Einrichtung bietet eine sehr schöne geschmacklich eingerichtete Destination, auf neustem Stand eingerichtet. Die Aussicht könnte nicht schöner sein, je nach Witterung sieht man bis nach St. Tropez, sowie Bucht von Les Issambres. Das Haus ist etwas weg vom Zentrum, jedoch nur ca. 10 Fuss-Minuten entfernt zu GeschĂ€ften, Post, Markt und Restaurants. Die ganze Anlage; Haus, Swimming Pool und Umgebung ist sehr gepflegt. Die Villa bietet ebenfalls eine sehr nette Ansprechperson vor Ort (französisch sprechend mit guten Englischkenntnissen), welche sich um das Wohl der GĂ€ste kĂŒmmert. Roger ZĂŒrich

Villa de caractĂšre qui ne...

Villa de caractÚre qui ne manque pas de charme et de comfort,décorée avec gout.La maison offre une vue magnifique sur la mer et est idéalement située a quelques minutes å pied du village tout en étant au calme le soir venu.La grande piscine,les terrases,tout était absolument parfait.Nous y avons passé un séjour plus qu'agréable et nous étions tristes de devoir quitter!
