Excellent location in downtown Greenville! Unit was clean, check-in was easy. Only thing to note, it is three flights of stairs to walk-up to the unit with no elevator, which we didn’t realize (but not a huge deal). Great VRBO option!

Location, Location, Location!! Can’t say enough about how convenient the location is. Property was as pictured, spacious rooms and comfortable furniture. Downside is three flights of stairs to get into the property, which was tough for hauling groceries and luggage. Parking garage is right next to property, so easy to find parking nearby, but can add up if you’re coming and going frequently.

Cannot say enough positive things about this property. It exceeded our expectations not only the property itself, but the location as well. The amount of shops, restaurants and bars were outstanding. The rental agent / agency even worked with me on early check-in, which was wonderful. Highly highly highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay at this central location. It was great for walking to a number of different sightseeing areas, including Falls Park on the Reedy, and Unity Park. There were a lot of shops and restaurants nearby to choose from, and we particularly loved the bookshop down Main Street. We appreciated having a separate room from the kids, which allowed us to unwind at our own paces. Would stay again, and highly recommend.

The location was perfect. Half block from Main Street. The apartment itself was very comfortable and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and I appreciated the sound machines in both bedrooms.I’m glad I read reviews so I wasn’t surprised that we had to take stairs to get to the apartment. But it wasn’t a big deal.I requested early access as I was driving into town and I had food. They agreed to the early arrival, but then I wasn’t able to get the code to get in until the actual checkout time. Again, not a big deal just not what I planned. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and lovely. Great location! We only had two issues. We were two people with only one key fob which made coordinating entry very difficult. The corner explained the last person took the additional fob. Understandable, but still very annoying to deal with. Otherwise it was a great experience.
