My adult daughters and I enjoyed staying here for 4 days. The place was beautiful and ready for us when needed. The location is wonderful! Easy to walk everywhere around downtown Greenville! Thanks to Olivia for being a great host.

Great location, very comfortable!

A friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It is attractive, well equipped, and in a great location. Getting in and out with luggage might be a little cumbersome for one person (need to park close while unloading, not too clear where key fob was), but this was minor. Definitely recommend!

Superb Location and Stay

Super good location and super space! It is close to everything (we walked to dinner, the Peace Center for a show, breakfast....) Parking was easy and cheap ($7 per day) at the Spring Street garage and if you park near the right elevator, it's only a 1/2 block walk to the apartment. We had everything we needed for a great weekend.

Excellent Weekend in G-Vegas

Lovely apartment in a perfect location for downtown Greenville activities. There was a little noise one evening, but nothing to get worked up about. This is our second trip, and the one thing we mentioned in a private message to the property owner was resolved - so now it’s perfect!

Greenville 2024

The check in process was very straightforward and simple. Communication with the property manager was excellent. The unit was bright and plenty large for us. The location is outstanding, close to parks, bars and restaurants. Walking distance to everything we needed. We went to the Clemson football game Saturday and it was a simple 45 minute ride each way with traffic. I would definitely rent this property again

Good location , very roomy , clean

wonderful location and very nice but our only difficulty was unloading and we are elderly and there was no on the street space to unload. Perfect for younger folks. I highly recommend it.

Greenville is a nice surprise!

The location of this property is stellar! Greenville is such a unexpected beautiful surprise in the downtown and surrounding area. Especially in November with moderate temperatures and changing fall leaves. My only complaint is how unsanitary the two bathrooms were. The baseboards were dirty with dust bunnies and hair and it was obvious even to my poor eyesight. Also, maybe the items left in the bathroom drawers are meant to be a courtesy but I would never use a second hand razor (there were two) or really even packets of qtips. It would be different if these were brand new items in sealed packaging but they just looked like a previous occupants forgotten items. The rest of the property was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Not trying to be petty so photos weren’t taken. But for what the one night rental cost you would think they could afford to replace broken blinds and curtain rod holders that are half torn out of the wall. No blinds or curtains in living room at all. Just trashy.
