100 W. Court St. 4 B, Penthouse Unit that accommodates 4 people. Our condo has a large terrace with outdoor seating for enjoying views of Downtown. We are steps from Main Street right behind the Westin Hotel in the heart of downtown. We offer all the conveniences of home with a full kitchen and lots of open space to spread out for a few days or extended stay. The bedroom has a King bed and the sofa pulls out to a Queen size sleeper, both are super comfortable. The condo is approximately 1100 square feet which is large for a 1BR/1Bath. All the conveniences of Downtown are located literally steps away. We offer you a dedicated parking space during your stay and a coded access to the building.

The location is FABULOUS!! And everything you need is in the unit. It is one of the more fully stocked kitchens I have seen in regards to supplies for cooking/eating! Hosts are easy to communicate with. Having the deck is a beautiful option to sit outside with morning coffee or evening drinks. Very quiet building and area.

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Greenville! This condo is in the perfect location and we enjoyed so many close-by restaurants and shops. We even walked to the baseball stadium for a Greenville Drive game (so much fun). What a FUN surprise Greenville was (our first time). The condo had everything we needed, parking was easy, and the whole setup (keypads, etc.) was just so smooth.

A safe, very short walk to Main St downtown. Greenville was beautiful and the people were friendly. Penthouse was very nice, clean and well stocked. Would definitely recommend!

My wife and I loved the property and the location! Downtown Greenville is great! Beth at the property manager was very helpful and quick to respond to the few questions we had. Will definitely will stay here again on the next trip to Greenville!!

Downtown Greenville

Great location, just park the car at the condo and walk (or bike with City rentals). If you’re in town to see Greenville, then this is a great central location. Beth was great and Kathryn was responsive.

Greenville Escape

Greenville vacation

For my wife and I this property was perfect for our time in Greenville. We were less than a block from an entrance to the Rabbit Trail, a block from the Peace Center where we attended a concert, and close enough to restaurants and activities that we walked everywhere we didn't bike. The property was well-appointed, and a great place to relax between going out on the town. I definitely recommend this property!

Weekend Getaway

This condo is better than advertised. It is a lovely condo thst that is up to date and well maintained. It is one block off of main street and it is very quiet. Easy to access everything in the area and come back to a nice quiet retreat. I highly recommend this condo if you are visiting Greenville.

Best Location of EVER!!!

This condo was absolute top notch! Everything was clean and well thought out. Beautiful view of their beautiful downtown area. We didn’t cook, but they had everything you would need. The parking could not have been better. We literally walked every where except when we went to the mall and Paris Mountain Park. Every show/sporting event (we did several), every meal, every drink, we were able to walk and it was great! If you are considering Greenville, do it! If you are considering this condo, just click “Book Now” already.

Wonderful host and property

Everything was just as listed on VRBO. It was a beautiful condo. It was very clean. The host provided everything that one would want and more. It was a nice touch to have a water and snack basket upon arrival after our drive. We did have a problem with the TV, but the host promptly took care of it. Her responsiveness was great. We would most definitely book this again in the future.

We visited Greenville for a birthday/anniversary get away. The penthouse condo was right in the middle of all that we wanted to see. Unit was very clean and nicely stocked. Shops, restaurants and the Reedy River falls were within easy walking distance. The condo had everything we needed and was a welcome place to come to after our day outing. There was a small glitch with the condo when we arrived but the owner answered phone right away and was at the condo within 10 minutes to fix. Loved the designated parking. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location For a Greenville Stay

This 4th floor condo was in great shape in a quiet, somewhat secluded building on Court St. It was a quick walk up to Main St for shopping, eating and drinking; and only a block the other direction to get to the river and Falls Park. Condo was stocked with everything needed for a 5 day stay with comfortable furniture and all the luxuries of home. Our panic on check in was there was no closet .... relieved to find a nice walk-in behind the bathroom door :) My only complaint was the inconsistency of the A/C temp between the living room and the bedroom.... it was much colder in the bedroom (with a strong draft from the ceiling vents) than in the living room. The private parking was great and convenient, with plenty of spaces! Overall, this is a great place to stay in Greenville!!

Why they chose this property

Our daughter attended Furman University which introduced us the area. After graduating she took a job as a 3rd Grade teacher and has since married. After she and her husband married we were sure that Greenville would be their home for years to come. We love the area and especially the charming downtown area. We have been looking for a part time home in Greenville for a couple of years and were recently lucky enough to find our perfect spot. Court Street Condos have a lot of character and ambiance. We look forward to making many happy memories here.

What makes this property unique

One special feature about our condo is the large terrace for entertaining or just enjoying alone. We located on the top floor and the terrace is very private and quite rare for a downtown condo.
