100 W. Court St., 1A. Our condo is very unique in all aspects. It is in a perfect downtown location with a parking place provided. The exposed brick walls and hardwood floors provide plenty of character and the furnishings provide all the luxuries of home. The condo is very open and spacious. You will enjoy the private outdoor patio accented with ivy walls and special lighting. For your convenience also has it's own private entrance for your convenience.

This is our new favorite place to stay in Greenville - excellent and convenient location to all things downtown, brilliantly appointed as to interior details and decor, and wonderful, responsive hosts. What more did we need? Within walking distance of all the best eateries, the Reedy park, and the Saturday market on Main - oh, and Judson’s Bookstore just around the corner! Thank you for a lovely time in Greenville. We will be back.

Absolutely perfect!

This apartment was perfect for a weekend away. We loved having a dedicated parking lot and a private entrance. It was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully furnished with plenty of towels and little snacks. The location is ideal - tucked away from a lot of the street noise but a 2 min walk from the Main Street area. We look forward to coming back to Greenville and this apartment will be the first place we line up. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Location!

Beautiful spacious condo in the middle of downtown Greenville. Perfect location to walk to all the restaurants, shops, and Falls Park on the Reedy. Condo looks great in pictures, but even better in person! Highly recommend staying here.

Downtown Greenville Getaway

Fantastic tranquil oasis in the heart of downtown. Apartment is tastefully decorated and well appointed with everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable. The security of the apartment and the parking was great. We had a wonderful stay, and would highly recommend.

Perfect Spot

Greenville is a great place! Having this perfect spot to stay made it even better. Just up the hill was Main Street, so don your tennis shoes and leisurely explore downtown. We easily used Uber to a couple of places when we dressed up a bit more. We will definitely stay again in this beautiful, simple but elegantly decorated apartment.

Great condo with parking and patio - close to everything

I really enjoyed my recent stay in Greenville. The condo was very comfortable, clean and nicely appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The little patio was very nice to relax with coffee in the morning or an after dinner drink. Having a parking space was amazing, since parking in Greenville can be challenging. I didn't really need to use my car during my stay because the condo is within walking distance of the Peace Center, restaurants Reedy River Falls Park and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. I will come and stay again.

Great location!

My husband and I were in town for a concert at the Peace Center, and the location of the condo could not have been more perfect. Very responsive owners. Know that parking is provided for one car. My husband and I drove separately, but there is a parking deck directly next door for an additional car. Great rental experience!

Don't Read This Review!!!

I am hesitant to write this review because I know that the more positive reviews they receive, the harder it will be to rent this property again. But seriously, this is a great listing. We loved the location, the layout, the whole dang thing. I was even able to sleep in the bed the first night which for me is a miracle. Convenient to restaurants and general walking in the downtown area. So clean. So open. Fantastic shower. Loved it, loved it, loved it.

Maintenance

Place is beautiful and the location is perfect. We are super careful every time we rent and had something break due to poor maintenance. Hated it since I could not fix right away. Important for renters to be careful as much as having everything properly tightened. Will recommend and return.
