Great Place

My wife & I love this place - when we need a quick getaway. Located just off the main strip in Greenville, you can walk to great restaurants, down by the river & shopping. The unit is in a nice community & has everything one needs.

Do we really have to leave?!

My husband and I absolutely loved everything about the apartment. The exposed brick was beautiful and the location couldn’t have been better. We like to come to Greenville for weekend getaways since it is still close to home for us. We will absolutely be booking this place again in the future.

You will not find a better location. Directly in the heart of it all. The apartment is amazing and Patricia includes the special extras to make you feel comfortable. She is extremely responsive! We will definitely be back!!

Fabulous location in Greenville

Darling condo in the heart of downtown Greenville. We loved our stay. The only reason I did not rate this 5 star is bc the wood floors have a very loud squeak. This woke up both myself and my husband at night when one of us got up. Otherwise a perfect stay!

Perfect

This condo is perfectly located. It's super close to all the restaurants, shops, and attractions of downtown Greenville, but tucked away half a block from the action on a quiet street. Parking is included, which is a fabulous plus. The condo is roomy, comfortable, and beautiful. The host is a great communicator. SO much better than staying in a hotel. After staying here, it would be hard to stay anywhere else in Greenville.

Cute condo with great downtown location.

Enjoyed our stay! Comfortable king size bed and large bathroom. Love that no shoes are allowed in the condo, which to me means the owner tries to keep the floors and rugs clean. (No shoes are allowed in our own home for cleanliness reasons.) It would have been nice to have had a shoe bench by the door, but we moved a dining room chair by the door so we could sit to remove and put on our shoes. Quiet location and during our stay the condo building was very quiet.

Great location & Great Host

This is a roomy home with well thought out amenities. For me the comfortable king bed was a blessing. Host Tricia was very easy to communicate with. We had some questions about local touring things that she promptly & thoroughly responded to. Kitchen was very well equipped. The bathroom & bedroom had some minor problems with poor lighting but not a real big issue. Parking was conveniently provided in a parking structure right next door. Overall it was an excellent experience

Very Clean. Great central location. Very good comms with property owner including them reaching out unprompted to let us know we could check in early which was very much appreciated. One item that was not a big deal but was not completely clear from the listing is that you will need to pay for parking in an attached parking garage. Not a big deal for us but be aware. there was always plenty of spaces in the garage and it does have direct access to the bldg that the rental is in via a coded entry door.

Why they chose this property

When we walked into this property, I instantly fell in love with the exposed brick walls, and I envisioned how fun it would be to decorate. The "industrial loft" feel of this apartment is something I've always hoped I could live in one day.

What's not to love? Stroll down tree lined streets to pick up your morning coffee, run through the park for your workout or ride the Swamp Rabbit for a glimpse of history and then go for dinner and a play. Shop a little, Spa a little. It's the perfect lifestyle.
