A luxurious 1 bedroom, 1 full bath loft. HUGE sunny windows overlooking the city with kitchen and dining area. A 56" Smart TV with Fast WiFi to assist with work or play. 1 King Bed and 1 Queen sleeper sofa. Baby equipment available for an extra fee but must be reserved in advance.
Walk 1 block to The Peace Center or The Swamp Rabbit Trail, 2 blocks to stunning Falls Park and The Reedy River, and fantastic restaurants, festivals, and shopping abound
Covered parking ($7 per day) & E Chargers too!

What a wonderful find!

We could not have asked for a better holiday stay! The location is awesome - centrally located and so easy to walk to so much of what GVL has to offer. Check-in and check-out were easy, smooth, and totally painless. And Tricia was super responsive throughout our stay. The space was clean and comfortable - we will definitely be back! Fabulous location in Greenville

Darling condo in the heart of downtown Greenville. We loved our stay. The only reason I did not rate this 5 star is bc the wood floors have a very loud squeak. This woke up both myself and my husband at night when one of us got up. Otherwise a perfect stay!

Lovely place/great location!

This is a lovely one-bedroom place very close to everything going on. I appreciated that this is a smaller building and was very private and quiet, even while being close to quite a bit of action.

Stylish - immaculate bungalow will all amenities inside - location is prime for downtown walks / dining or for your work visits to Greenville SC - host is amazing and is helping me reconnect with my luggage that I left on property !!!

Great property in a wonderful location

Lovely condo -- clean, bright, high ceilings, well decorated,quite and comfortable. Great location for visiting Greenville, everything downtown was within easy walking distance. Parking was no issue, nor was loading/unloading car from the courtyard. Also, location made easy access to get in/out of Greenville to go up in the mountains. Has been a wonderful stay.

Comfortable, quiet building in the heart of downtown Greenville. Everything you need is in the unit and dozens of restaurants, shops, etc. are just steps away.

Perfect condo

Perfect location, lovely condo… well taken care of and full of special things… decorations for the holiday, milk and coffee in refrigerator , lots of toiletries, kitchen pans, pots, dishes… and the location!!! Amazing!!! We walked to our dinner and concert!!! The notebook she sends ahead of time gives you all the details you need. Such attention to detail!!!! Parking is included.. such a nice perk!! We loved this place

Why they chose this property

When we walked into this property, I instantly fell in love with the exposed brick walls, and I envisioned how fun it would be to decorate. The "industrial loft" feel of this apartment is something I've always hoped I could live in one day.

What's not to love? Stroll down tree lined streets to pick up your morning coffee, run through the park for your workout or ride the Swamp Rabbit for a glimpse of history and then go for dinner and a play. Shop a little, Spa a little. It's the perfect lifestyle.
