We loved the place! It had all accommodations and was neat and clean. It was convenient to everything in downtown Greenville. We will definitely go back!
Outstanding property. Charming, clean, spacious apartment with high ceilings exposed brick walls. It's a 5-minute walk to Main Street, Falls Park, Peace Center. Owner communication was prompt and thoughtful. Would definitely stay again.
Great location - highly recommend Camp nearby for dinner. Quiet, no street noise despite the convenient location, and great water pressure in the shower!
The location was fabulous, The amenities perfect, the decor was relaxing and comfortable, our hostess was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.
Very nice apartment in a location close to all downtown amenities.Everything in the apartment was top notch and in good condition. The host was very communicative and kept us well informed as our stay approached.I would highly recommend this property and would gladly stay again if returning to Greenville.
The loft is beyond cozy and perfectly located! It was beyond easy to come and go throughout our stay and so much of amazing downtown sites and restaurants are just a short walk away. The host is very responsive and provides incredibly helpful check-in and stay information to make our trip stress-free and enjoyable.
We would highly recommend anyone to stay in this lovely condo & couldn’t be any happier with the accommodations, location and communication with Tricia!
Wonderful location with easy walkable access to downtown Greenville. Excellent restaurants and shopping minutes away.Bed was comfortable, water pressure in bathroom was great. Kitchen was lightly equipped with the essentials which is all we needed since there are food options so close. It is in the city so you hear some street traffic but it slows down and gets quiet by 11. The parking garage is right next to the complex. We had a parking issues due to the art fair but our host gave us a great solution and we had no problems.
This stylish condo off Main Street was a total delight! Modern decor, cozy vibes, and a perfect location steps from cafes and shops. Highly recommend this urban retreat—can’t wait to return!
We’ve stayed before and really like the location. It is close to downtown and walking trails we enjoy. We really like the cleanliness and comfortable feel.
Patricia was very informative regarding details of how to get to and access the condo. The location is absolutely ideal, the condo is large, and was very clean. It had everything we needed during our stay.
Excellent location. Walk-able to shops, restaurants and parks. Property is clean, well stocked and well maintained. Favorite spots in the area: M.Judson Booksellers (excellent coffee and pastries) and Soby's.

Why they chose this property
When we walked into this property, I instantly fell in love with the exposed brick walls, and I envisioned how fun it would be to decorate. The "industrial loft" feel of this apartment is something I've always hoped I could live in one day.
What makes this property unique
What's not to love? Stroll down tree lined streets to pick up your morning coffee, run through the park for your workout or ride the Swamp Rabbit for a glimpse of history and then go for dinner and a play. Shop a little, Spa a little. It's the perfect lifestyle.
