An authentic restoration for this cottage for 4 to 6 people. A 200 m lime tree avenue leads you to the Pigeonnier du Rau in the vast shaded and flowery park of a small 14th century castle. A place of calm, freshness, relaxation, welcoming holidaymakers and spa guests (spa resorts of Préchacq les Bains 6 km away and Dax 15 km away). On the field side, a large swimming pool for swimming (15mx10m, secured by a fence and gate) or relaxing, shared with the residents of the site. This East-West crossing cottage offers on the ground floor a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner gas stove and gas oven, microwave, fridge freezer, a friendly living room and lounge with sofa bed and has two terraces ideal for meals or rest (barbecue, furniture and deckchairs). On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms open onto a beautiful framework, including a mezzanine (1 bed 140, 1 bed 120 and 1 bed 90). The dovecote tower houses a bathroom, the toilets are independent. On the edge of the property, the greenway, an old railway line rehabilitated as a place for walking, offers you a quiet route for walks, running or cycling. Less than an hour away, you will reach fine sandy beaches as far as the eye can see, freshwater lakes, or famous seaside towns. The festive pleasures of the surrounding Chalosse will offer you entertainment, local traditions, gastronomy and a producers' market. Service: bed linen, household linen and towels on request (conditions to be discussed with the owner) Swimming pool usable depending on the weather from the beginning of June to the end of September.
