2-room apartment 60 m2, on the ground floor. Living/dining room 28 m2 with 1 double sofabed (160 cm, length 220 cm), satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. No heating option. Terrace 20 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: safe. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: private entrance.

Kein Garten, dunkles Loch

Die Ferienwohnung wird mit Terrasse und Garten beworben, allerdings wurde uns verboten in den Garten zu gehen. Wir durften nur die Terrasse auf der Nordseite benutzen, die leider kaum Lichteinfall hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön aber auch sehr dunkel.

Es tut uns leid, dass Ihr Aufenthalt nicht ganz Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Wir möchten jedoch darauf hinweisen, dass in der Beschreibung der Unterkunft kein Garten beworben wird. Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über eine private Terrasse, die in der Anzeige klar angegeben ist. Es freut uns dennoch, dass Ihnen die Wohnung selbst gefallen hat, auch wenn Sie sie als dunkel empfunden haben. Danke für das Feedback.

Beste Lage im Altstadtteil von Opatija

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in Volosko, nahe dem alten Fischerhafen von Opatija. Die Wohnung ist auch für 3 Erwachsene geräumig, 2 sep. Bäder, sehr große Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. Die Ter-rasse ist fast immer im Schatten, was gut ist, denn am Meer, 40 m bergab, hat man reichlich Sonne. Die Wohnung liegt im Souterrain und hat Zier-Gitter vor den Fenstern, was sie etwas dunkel macht, aber natürlich auch sicher. Die Souterrain-Lage, die dicken Mauern und die top Klimaanlage halten die Wohnung kühl.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Traumhafte Villa, fantastich gelegen, Apartment Tip Top, schön eingerichtet, sehr gemütlich, alles vorhanden. Nette Gastgeber und absolut ruhig. 1 Minute vom Strand entfernt. Volosko selbst eher weniger Turisten, im Hafen mehrere Top Lokale mit sehr gute Küche + 2x Woche mit Livemusic, Gesang, Klavier, Geige, am hohen niveau, sehr entspannt. Wir kommen wieder!
