Welcome to your holiday, just a 2-minute walk from the port of La Teste-de-Buch. Relax in a sought-after area of ​​La Teste, typical of the Arcachon Basin. A Natura 2000 site is right in front. Warm and friendly atmosphere. This 45m² apartment will charm you with its location and layout. Situated in a very quiet area, it is on the 1st floor of a traditional Arcachon-style building. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a view of the coastal path, a shower room, one bedroom and one sleeping alcove, a toilet, and a balcony-terrace. Sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bath sheets and mats, and tea towels are provided for stays of 7 nights or more, and beds are made upon arrival. For shorter stays, we offer the same products in a linen pack for €15 per person. These will be placed in the relevant rooms (beds not made). Guests may also bring their own linens. The pack is paid for upon arrival. Monthly rentals are available up to [date] upon request only.

L'appartement est très bien placé sur le sentier du littoral au calme. Il mériterait d'être bien mieux entretenu aux vues du prix de la location ...Nous avons été déçu par les prestations Tous ces éléments ont été notifiés à la propriétaire qui nous a assuré de faire le nécessaire rapidement. Il manque des lampes d'ambiance et lampes de chevet dans la chambre ainsi que le nécessaire pour déguster les huitres et les fruits de mer

Decouverte du bassin d'arcachon

L'appartement était conforme à l'annonce, bien placé et très agréable. Nous ne connaissions pas le coin et nous avons été bien guidé par la personne de la conciergerie qui nous a fourni un petit guide et de bons conseils. Les locaux etaient très ouverts et pleins de bons conseils également. Un séjour trop court, nous y retournerons. Seul tout petit bémol, le manque d'équipement dans l'appartement : poêle sans manche, peu de couverts, pas de porte serviette dans la salle de douche et pas de table de nuit ou tablettes dans les chambres. Mais appartement tellement agréable que nous nous sommes facilement adaptés.
