The house was nice and clean. Couple of issues that we called in where resolved immediately. Great communication. The only unresolved issue was the trash. Both cans were full when we arrived and there were flies everywhere and the smell was terrible. We moved them to the road and left them there to get the smell away from the house. Just fyi, the second driveway needs some attention as it is very damaged. Maybe from the skidloader as they were doing a lot of work in the yard on the house next door.Otherwise we had a great time and it was a nice house. Very comfortable and the elevator was a nice extra to get the luggage and the groceries upstairs.

We're happy to hear that the elevator made transporting luggage and groceries much easier and added to your overall experience. Thank you again for choosing New Wave. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back for another great stay in the future!

Lovely property!

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful house. The location is great, away from busy Port A but close enough. Just hanging out in the house with lightening fast Wi-Fi was very enjoyable.

Great beach house and location

The house is accurate to the listing and very clean! Beds were comfortable and basics for cooking in the kitchen were available. Plenty of room for our group to hang out both inside and outside, and it was a short walk to the beach. Would stay again!

Our stay was wonderful the house was great. The only recommendation I have would be to have extra linens available for guests such as an extra blanket for the bed or linens for the roll a way beds.

Best Location for Vacation

This is our second time staying at Brucie's. The house is so great. So much room for everyone to spread out. Love the kitchen and dining for enjoying our home cooked meals each evening. The walk to the beach is short and sweet with the boardwalk at the end of the road. We really like working with the management, New Waves Vacation Rentals. Easy check in process and excellent communication. Look forward to our next adventure!

Beach break

Easy access to the beach for long walks. Nice views of the sunsets from the third floor balconies. Nice coffee maker🤗 and a cold fridge! It was a short stay and overall a very good experience. However we could not locate a broom. If we were staying longer finding the broom would have become a priority - it is a beach property. Would definitely recommend the stay for families. Good space to spread out and still feel connected.

Nice stay close too the action

Nice house with plenty of space and equipped with a great kitchen. If you like to cook and consider yourself a foodie you will enjoy two kitchens “ one in the 3rd floor and one in the rooftop” and all the cookware you need to prep , cook and create great meals for the family. This home also provides a nice view of the backside of the island. Views of the airport and skydivers nonstop as well as a marina view. Good place to escape and only about a mile away from the beach.

Bruce's Bungalow review: 5 stars

We very much enjoyed our stay at Port Aransas at the Bruce's Bungalow property. The house is very clean and comfortable, with views of the Gulf of Mexico and the music of the waves at night. It is very conveniently located, just outside the bustle of Port Aransas and with no very near neighbors, with easy acess to the beach, but very close to Port Aransas and Corpus Christi attractions and services. Most important to us was it's proximity to the National Seashore on North Padre Island and to the wonderful Aransas National Wildlife Refuge. New Wave, the management company, was very easy to reach for any questions and advice. We highly recommend this site.

Gorgeous house!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family loved staying in this beautiful house. Huge house with at least 5 balconies with one large wrap around balcony. Rent a golf cart and the beach is a short fun ride away down the board walk!! The outside is well maintained and nice as well. A little issue with the elevator but two nice men showed up quickly to fix it! Great stay!!
