Older Florida Neighborhood

Stayed two nights. It is definitely an established neighborhood. No condos or such. It is centrally located to beaches and shopping. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nice and quiet

Wonderful stay!

Sony's place was perfect for our family. Sony was a great host and made sure that our every need was met! The house was clean, well stocked, and the neighborhood was quiet. Thank you Sony!

Sony was super sweet and answered all my questions, the house was so adorable and very clean, an everything was labeled in the kitchen. I felt like home, definitely that is my place to go when I go to fort again.

This was a great place to unwind after a full day event. Sony was incredibly prompt answering any questions I had and the entire house was immaculate. Would highly recommend staying here if in the area!

Short stay before a cruise

The house is nice. I would never say that it sleeps 10 comfortably. The futon was miserable for those who alternated sleeping on it. The bed/trundle, from what I was told, was also very uncomfortable and inconvenient. I never have stayed at a Vrbo where we could not have access to the washer/dryer. That was shocking. The host was wonderful despite not allowing us to use the washer. He was quite attentive and quick to respond.

Beautiful home

Me and my family stayed at this property before going on our cruise. The home was absolutely beautiful! Having a tv in each room was a huge plus! There was also games for the kids to play with and keep them occupied. Sony was absolutely amazing! He always checked on me and my family to see if we needed anything. Communication with Sony was excellent and he always responded quickly. I would definitely stay at this home again.

Loved Our Stay!

Overall, we had a great experience at Sony's VRBO. The house was clean and had everything we could want. Sony was an excellent host and ensured to check in and make sure our stay was going well. He also frequently checked to make sure we didn't need any additional products for the house. We didn't have one complaint our entire stay! We would glad go back to this house and would recommend to anyone looking for a play to stay in this area!

Neighborhood was very sketchy. Many outlets not working. Master bedroom fan and light not working. Shower has very low water pressure in master. TV in secondary bedroom didn't work. Not worth the .

Nice house

House was very clean and organized. Comfortable beds. Kitchen well stocked with cooking items and dishes. The only negative cannot be controlled by the host was the location. The roads in the neighborhood have similar names and go around in circles. There are also only a few fast food places in the area.

From Sonia valsaint to Host Sony filbert

Host Sony is very nice, he always checking on us to see how we doing, and he ask if you need anything just text him. The house is very clean inside and outside there was no problems. He deserves more then 5 stars. Anytime we go back for vacation we’re gonna talk to Host Sony to give us another amazing house to where ever I go next. Next time we’re gonna stay way longer. Thank you so much Host Sony for being there for us the whole family enjoyed the stay.❤️❤️❤️
