Gorgeous small apartment with everything you need!

Built in 2021, this very small apartment has everything you need! Walking distance to all Minturn restaurants and the Minturn Summer Artisan Market. Twelve minutes to Vail and 16 minutes to Beaver Creek. Five minute ride to the Minturn Bike Park, lots of hiking trails nearby.

Summer Concert Series at the Minturn Amphitheater and the Bravo! Vail Music Festival is only 15 minutes away.

French doors open up onto a beautiful pasture and hillside out back, and the kitchen door opens onto a small peaceful deck.

Sweet little place in cute little town exactly as pictured. The host is super responsive and generous. Perfect for one or two people. Stayed two nights and had everything I needed. She even had coffee available in the house. Walked around the little town enjoyed the views. did not ski, but went into Vail several times from the house, super easy straightforward drive.

We truly enjoyed our stay and how gracious our host Patty was to us. Everything was neat and clean, we loved the location, the rooftop deck was a real treat, as we enjoyed breakfast and wine in the evening overlooking the mountains of Minturn. You can’t beat the location as it’s central to everything in the Vail Valley. We would certainly stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

We had an excellent stay at this property. The guesthouse is in great condition and has all the amenities we needed. The town of Minturn has excellent restaurants and we were close to Vail. We loved the place and would stay here again!

Great little escape from the city

We've lived in the valley for over 40 years. We were drawn to the outdoor lifestyle as were most of us long-termers. We built this Guest House in our back yard so we can share what we love with others. Patty was a manager at several hotel/condo properties in the valley, and was the Manager of the Eagle River Inn across the Street from the Saloon in Minturn so we know what guests like and try our best to give it to them!
