About this property

Relaxation at the foot of Aubrac

Maisonette T3 duplex of 47m2 fully equipped in a quiet and green holiday residence *** 20 minutes from the A75, 30 minutes from the ski resort of Brameloup, 45 minutes from Laguiole, 30 minutes from Espalion, 40 minutes from Rodez, 15 minutes from Campagnac train station. All seasons have their charms... Close to all amenities, facing south, facing Saint-Eulalie-d'Olt, one of the prettiest villages in France. The outdoor swimming pool is heated in high season with a paddling pool for the little ones, playground, ping-pong table, football and petanque fields, volleyball nets and goats in freedom. The house is well equipped, many games for children to enjoy the different structures in particular. On the ground floor you will find separate toilets, a bathroom with large bathtub, a kitchen area (with many appliances) with living room and flat screen TV / dining room, upstairs two bedrooms, one with a 140 bed and the other with a 160 bed and a child bed (a baby cot is also available). The terrace overlooks a large green area, equipped with sunbeds, a large table and an awning. House without vis-à-vis facing the lot. Many walks are possible, easy and pleasant hiking trails.
Pleasant for skiing, the resort of Laguiole is close by and offers many activities such as dog sledding for example.
