The apartment consists of: A large, bright living room with a lounge area (double sofa bed and TV) and a dining area with a table for sharing moments of conviviality, A fully equipped kitchen (cooking hob, oven, fridge/freezer, Nespresso compatible coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, and toaster) with a dining area for 3 people, The kitchen opens to a small balcony with an electric barbecue, A bedroom with a double bed, Two bedrooms with single beds, A bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and dryer, A separate toilet, A workspace.



The accommodation has plenty of storage space, There are children's books and games as well as board games available for your use.



The apartment is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator.



The accommodation has a private underground garage 150m away (maximum vehicle height 1.88m).



The entire accommodation will be yours. Always with the intention of making your stay as enjoyable as possible: Cleaning will be done, Beds will be made with clean sheets, Clean towels, a bath mat, and a dish towel for the kitchen will be provided, Free Wi-Fi connection.



Traveling with young children? A travel cot and high chairs are available in the apartment (remember to bring bed linens for the baby cot or reserve the "baby bed linen" option after booking).



Want to sleep in a double bed? Once the booking is confirmed, you can reserve a "double bed" option for 30€ per bed, so the two single beds can be turned into a double bed with a double mattress topper and a double duvet.

Colmar, a city of art, history, and heritage: Despite the challenges of a tumultuous history, the city has managed to preserve the exceptional homogeneity of its historic center, which, classified as a "protected sector," has undergone continuous restoration and enhancement. The vast pedestrian area of the old town allows visitors to admire the numerous treasures of a rich and varied heritage, spanning from the Middle Ages to the 20th century. Whether it's the Maison des Têtes (built in the early 17th century) named after the 111 heads that adorn its façade, or the Maison Pfister, a beautiful bourgeois residence from the Renaissance period with a medieval design, each of these monuments is unique in its own right. Colmar's religious art is also very rich: the Dominican Church, which houses the famous "Virgin of the Rose Bush" by Alsatian painter and engraver Martin Schongauer, as well as the Saint Martin Collegiate Church, are wonderful examples of pure, sober Gothic art. As you stroll through the streets, the visitor is enchanted by the many beautiful signs and the vibrant rooftops... While wandering along the Quai de la Poissonnerie, once the nerve center of fishing and fish sales, one falls under the charm of this picturesque neighborhood, now known as "Little Venice."

Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of 250€ for additional cleaning fees.



Pets are strictly prohibited.



Bed and bath linens, as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay, are included in the price. This includes the change of bed linens, general cleaning of the apartment, and bathroom cleaning.



However, it is your responsibility to clean and store the dishes, take out the trash, empty the fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, and microwave, and tidy up inside the apartment. If you prefer not to do this, you can pre-order an additional "full cleaning" service for 30€ before your arrival. If this option is not reserved in advance, and these instructions are not followed, a 60€ cleaning fee will be charged.



A digital contract must be signed, and your ID will be requested via the Yaago platform after booking, along with information for the police registration form, in compliance with current regulations. If the identity of the individuals staying does not match the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse access to the accommodation.

Très bonne situation

Bel appartement très bien situé, à moins de 10 minutes de la gare et très proche de la vieille ville.Rien à redire sur la décoration, literie confortablePar contre, l'équipement de la cuisine est indigent et incompatible avec une location pour 7 personnes : nous avions 4 tasses à café, 1 seule poêlle, une petite crépière, 1 seul plat à gratin (de capacité 4 personnes), pas d'essoreuses à salade, pas de cafetière, aucun bols, aucun mugs, pas de louche ; enfin les placards étaient presque vides et nous avons eu l'impression que la cuisine avait été dévalisée... Les petits déjeuner ont dû être pris à tour de rôle du fait de manque de tasse ; les repas ont été difficiles à préparer dans ces conditions.
