🛗 The apartment is on the 4th floor with elevator. 🪜There are 3 steps entering the accommodation after the elevator.

🅿️ The accommodation is located in the pedestrian zone of downtown Colmar. A paid on-street parking area by meter is available nearby.
🅿️ The Montagne Verte public car park is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. It offers 650 spaces underground (maximum height of 2m, possibility of electric car charging).

⚠️ In accordance with regulations and for your safety, the number of occupants of the accommodation, including adults, children and babies, cannot exceed 15 people.

🛏️Would you like to sleep in a double bed? Once the reservation has been made, you can reserve a “double bed” option at €30 per double bed, so that the 2 single beds become a double bed, with a double mattress and a double duvet.

House rules:
🚭This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs.

🐕 Animals are accepted on request (animals under 15kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of €30 per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.

🧹Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.
🧹 However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, clean the barbecue, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment . If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “complete cleaning” of the apartment before your arrival for €60. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged a penalty of €120 cleaning costs.

🧹 For stays of 8 nights or more, a complete weekly cleaning with change of all linen is included in the price, always with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired weekly cleaning day (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be indicated on your yaago traveler space at least 48 hours in advance. It will be confirmed to you subject to availability. Weekly cleaning is free. If you do not want this service, it can be canceled but will not be refunded.
🧹 For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to reserve a “cleaning during the stay” option before the stay, always with the exception of the equipped kitchen and the dishes with an additional charge, upon prior reservation.

📝 You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your identity document via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.

Appartement idéalement situé
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les grands espaces des différentes pièces et la propreté. La situation dans Colmar hyper centre et la proximité pour visiter la route des vins et multiples villages typiquement alsaciens. On sent que l'appartement a déjà bien vécu et de nombreux matériaux sont abîmés ou vieillissants tel que les canapés un peu élimés, le parquet abimé dans le couloir, les portes de placard de la cuisine mal fixées , 1 porte de SDB endommagée, le miroir du grand placard brisé et l'escalier qui bouge beaucoup et très bruyant quand on l'utilise. Tout cela n'empêche pas de passer un excellent séjour mais il faut peut-être penser à renouveler certains matériaux.

Bel appartement très bien situé. Quelques travaux de rafraîchissement seraient les bienvenus.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’appartement est conforme au descriptif, propre, clair et spacieux et très bien situé en centre ville. L’appartement mériterait quelques travaux de rafraîchissement mais rien de grave (un sol abîmé, une porte vitrée de penderie cassée et la chasse d’eau des toilettes qui ne fonctionne pas bien).
