The accommodation is located in the pedestrian zone of downtown Colmar. A pay-per-use on-street parking zone is available nearby.
The Montagne Verte public car park is a 3-minute walk from the apartment. It offers 650 underground spaces (maximum height of 2m, possibility of charging an electric car).

House rules:
This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 additional cleaning fee.
Animals are accepted on request (animals under 15kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.
Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, clean the barbecue, take out the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 60€. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €120 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complete weekly cleaning with change of all linen is included in the price, always with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired weekly cleaning day (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be indicated on your yaago traveler space at least 48 hours in advance. It will be confirmed to you subject to availability. Weekly cleaning is free. If you do not want this service, it can be canceled but will not be refunded.
For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to reserve a “cleaning during the stay” option before the stay, always with the exception of the equipped kitchen and the dishes with an additional charge, upon prior reservation.
A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.

The apartment was wonderful and has everything you need. The location was amazing, right on the corner of Grand Rue. The only thing I be aware of is that the spiral staircase has vry narrow steps and was quite slippery as it was wooden and we were all very wary when walking down it especially the little ones. Other than that it was perfect.

The main issue is with the management company -completely unresponsive and unwilling to help: downstairs shower never turned on. Told someone would call me back and come out. Neither happened- ever, so my 80 year old mother had to navigate the treacherous staircase to shower. The power shut off several times a day. This seems to be a standard feature of the property given that they have laminated instructions on how to reset the fuse. On Christmas, the power went out when we were out for the day, so there was no heat. After that, we were unable to ever get the first floor living area above 19 C degrees (66 F). The space would never heat up- again causing my elderly mother great discomfort. When I called about this- same story. "We'll call and come out" and that never happened. After checking out I wrote the company a long email about how they failed to communicate or provide a space that matches what they charge. Guess what- they said they would review the information and reply, but I never got a reply- it's been 2 weeks! Also, while the location is perfect and the space is large and looks nice in photos, it's a lot of cheap furniture and very poorly appointed. The coffee table is unstable- you can't put anything on it. For a place that is capable of hosting 12 people, it is only outfitted with one cloth kitchen towel and NO paper towels or napkins. There are no basics for the kitchen, no salt, pepper or anything. The space is marketed as high end, but it's not.

Ces situations ne correspondent pas au niveau de qualité et de service que nous souhaitons offrir, et nous comprenons pleinement l’impact que cela a pu avoir, d’autant plus dans le contexte que vous décrivez. Ces points ont été signalés afin qu’un contrôle approfondi soit effectué et que les actions nécessaires soient engagées.
Nous regrettons également le ressenti lié à la communication et au suivi de vos demandes. L’absence de retour, que ce soit pendant ou après le séjour, n’est pas conforme à nos engagements et a fait l’objet d’un rappel interne.
Concernant les équipements et consommables, nous souhaitons apporter une précision importante : pour des raisons d’hygiène et afin d’éviter tout risque lié aux allergies alimentaires, nous ne mettons volontairement pas à disposition de produits consommables tels que l’huile, le vinaigre, le sel ou le poivre. Les logements sont en revanche équipés du matériel nécessaire pour cuisiner. Nous comprenons toutefois que cela puisse ne pas correspondre aux attentes de tous les voyageurs, notamment pour un séjour familial ou de groupe.

Appartement situé dans le centre à proximité du cœur de ville de la Cathédrale et des canaux, dans un secteur semi piéton.
Grand appartement une chambre avec salle d’eau à l’ accès direct et trois chambres à l’ étage en partie mansardées dont l’accès s’effectue par un escalier dangereux et malaisé pour les enfants ou pmr.
Avons rencontré des problèmes avec évacuations douches et lavabos, que l’Agence n’a pas pu résoudre.
Nettoyage moyen de l’ensemble, avec un mobilier ancien dépareillé et usité.
Mais belle pièce à vivre, grande avec une planéité imparfaite.
Bref, bof ! Peut mieux faire….

Récompenser les clients fidèles par des promos, réduction .
Sinon tout est parfait
This property has many advantages. It is close to everything in Colmar. With the spacious layout, it worked for us as we were 2 couples. The lift did not work when we arrived, which made carrying bags up 3 flights of stairs difficult. The owner did ask about any issues and when told about it, it did get fixed within the next day. The stairs up to the second floor of the apartment could be an issue if someone cannot do small stairs. It was a wonderful place and I would recommend it.

L'espace et l'équipement de l'appartement et la situation dans le centre ville qui permet de tout faire à pied
L'appartement est adapté pour deux familles avec quatre enfants. Il y a beaucoup d'espace et presque chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain. Très propre et bien situé en plein centre ville. Le parking est facilement accessible à situé à deux cents mètres de l'appartement. Je recommande vivement l'appartement. Encore un point l'agence qui gère la location est très réactive et accessible.

Wir hatten mit unseren Kids eine tolle Zeit in diesem Apartment über Silvester! Die Ausstattung und Aufteilung der Räume ist super, nur die Putzfrau hätte etwas gründlicher sein können! Trotzdem jederzeit gerne wieder.

Apt Great, Communication Poor
The apartment was great. There was plenty of room for 5 adults. The location was perfect for us. We had a few problems with communication. The directions to find the apartment were difficult. It would have been much better to have met at the booking office and have someone show us how to find the apartment and also answer any questions about the apartment itself. The town has a lot of pedestrian streets and we were unfamiliar with the all of this.. It took quite a while to figure it all out on our own.
We had a problem with air conditioning which was resolved when I called. But we could never figure out how to make the dryer work on the washer /dryer unit and by this time we gave up on contacting the management company. They did help us when we locked the only key they gave us in the apartment.. They sent over a person to get us in, which was fortunate.
As I said, the aprtment was good.. but the communication coulf have been better.
