a fully equipped open kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, toaster),
a laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer and a second refrigerator/freezer,
a patio, ideal for nice days, (an electric barbecue is available from Easter to September 30),
a room with a double bed and a bunk bed (sleeping at height is not suitable for children under 6 years old),
a shower room,
separate toilets,
Upstairs, you will have:
a room with three single beds,
a room with two single beds and a bunk bed (sleeping at height is not suitable for children under 6 years old),
a room with four single beds

The accommodation is located in the pedestrian zone of downtown Colmar. A paid street parking zone with parking meters is available nearby.
The public Montagne Verte parking lot is located 5 minutes walk from the apartment. It offers 650 underground spaces (maximum height of 2m, possibility of electric car charging).
You have the option to book private parking spaces in the basement of the building (maximum height of 1m80) or within a 500m radius around the accommodation. These spaces are limited, subject to availability. Reservation is mandatory. Rate starting from 12€ per night, per space.

Pets are accepted upon request (animals under 15kg and non-dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.
Bed and toilet linen as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, clean the barbecue, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a "complete cleaning" supplement for the apartment for 60€ before your arrival. In the absence of prior booking of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 120€ for cleaning fees will be charged to you.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complete weekly cleaning with changing of all linens is included in the rate, always excluding the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired day of weekly cleaning (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be indicated in your Yaago traveler space at least 48 hours in advance. It will be confirmed subject to availability. The weekly cleaning is offered. If you do not want this service, it can be canceled but will not be refunded.
For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to book in advance an option for "mid-stay cleaning", always excluding the equipped kitchen and dishes, with a supplement, upon prior reservation.
A digital contract signature and your ID will be requested after booking via the Yaago platform, as well as the information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to deny you access to the accommodation.
